Hotel room is clean and big. Its quite a quiet hotel but safe. Service is ok.

Wifi not able to support laptop hence if you are there for business trip will need to use hotspot from your handphone. Toilet lock is not usable but its not a big issue as we are staying with family members.

Location. Close to restaurant, mall

They can't provide prayer mat although rqst was made in advice. Item is not expensive. The hotel can just buy a few to keep for moslem use when needed. But when they spontaneously reply email "we don't provide prayer mat", a request to easy to be fulfilled, more so when reqst was made in advance. It gives an impression, they lack customer sensitivity. I believe the hotel caters to all races.

We enjoyed the facilities of the hotel where there's a Starbucks Cafe located at the lobby. Rooms were spacious & clean as well as the hotel location is accessible to most of the food eateries & shopping mall..Will definitely come bck!🥰👍

Upon arrival on Friday, 23 Dec 2022..front counter staffs doesn't seem to be very welcoming. Took quite a while for us to check in when there were no other guests except us! During checking out..suddenly we were told that 1 of the towel frm Room 208 had some towel shedding or pulled thread frm the towel! I was very sure before checking out, the 3 towels frm my Room 208 was in gd condition & NO TOWEL SHEDDING! However, they managed to overcome the issue & I checked out without having to pay.. Now I'm still waiting for my RM200 deposit to be refunded back to my bank acct since it has been more then 3 days excluding Christmas & Public Holiday..Hope the hotel management can 'EXPEDITE' the matter ASAP..tq🙏

Room is new, comfortable and clean. Reception is connected to a Starbucks so there is a place to chill and get coffee. Large Aeon supermarket and a lot of food within walking distance. Next to Nanyang Kopi for good breakfast. Lots of parking available.

Far from main batu pahat town but very accessible by car.

Pls put qibla direction for salat in the room

Fast check in, big clean and comfortable room (we had the superior twin room), ample parking, location is close to a variety of eateries

Noise from the corridor when other guests talk loudly

The room suprisingly clean and in good size. bed and all other amenities is good. water pressure is very good feel like in 4 star hotel. this hotel is a very good choice if you in batu pahat.

We booked 2 rooms...connecting rooms which made our stay so much convenient. The rooms are well-lighted and bright, comfortable beds and pillows, good strong water shower. The lobby is spacious and is link to Starbucks. Wide parking area.

looks quite new, very clean room and bed sheet. comfortable bed and pillow for a nice sleep. Friendly staff. A vey big and nice Starbucks downstairs.

The main entrance, it's kinda hard to drop passenger. Having issue with Wifi in my room. Customer next door (I think they were having a party, can meh? Laughing out loud and was very noisy at 1am in the morning), really disturbing. Perhaps their room is not sound proof
