The hotel is beautiful, and nice environment. staffs are nice, explain very well to us during stay. there is shuttle to GPO outlet (for shopping and cable car) and to the peak of Genting, which charge per head as transportation. The road to the hotel is extremely dangerous at night, very dark and bumpy, need to extra careful at night. if rain also will cause pothole. The breakfast are great with spacious area and variety of food. But dont expect the good view as the building surround with non complete construction. Room are Ok, very nice but the view arent something nice to see, there is construction by the next hotel which yet complete. But no sound of work as well, not sure what is it for. Nevertheless, the equipment are great to use. The room are very cold, especially during rain. Maybe its good if they can provide some carpet to ensure our foot not freezing. Toilet are medium clean, perhaps can improve better.

the breakfast is OK, but can be improved with more variations and style. add more variation on patisseries and can add small cakes. i loved that they give extra hand towels and with hotel slippers. the toilet sinks and showers are the best i've ever used in any hotels. keep up with the good amenities !

experiencing cold tiles in hotel bedroom is not appropriate in cold environment. please upgrade the bedroom with carpets. for cleanliness, we saw several hair strands on the couch! plus, though it's not Scapes hotel fault, but we were disappointed with potholes, mud, and damages on the road towards the hotel due to surrounding constructions. it's a bit scary to drive at night too as there are no lamp poles along the road.

The hotel is located slightly deeper from the main road where the shops are. Walking to the main road maybe not advised especially at night as it is far and dark. Good if u have your own transportation. This place is near to the premium outlet / cable car.Shuttle services to the cable care is available from the hotel but it is RM30/ride. The room was very clean and well equipped with all the basic amenities such kettle,iron, hair dryer, personal care items etc.The TV has basic local channels… when I checked in the hand bidet was leaking badly and when I informed the staff they quickly got it fixed and even gave me a complimentary fruit platter for the hassle. Check in and out was smooth. The Wifi was good. We had a conference in the mezzanine level. Medium sized hall with good lighting and maintenance.

The construction nearby

The room was clean, bright, and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a good variety, and the overall experience was great value for money. The staff were accommodating and helpful with our requests. Free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus, and the view from the rooms was excellent.

The location was a bit remote, with the road leading to the hotel still under construction, making it bumpy. We managed to get a Grab to the Awana Cable Car Station, but the access could be better. The toilet had no lock, which may be acceptable since we know each other, though adding a lock would be an improvement. The walls were a bit thin, so outside noise occasionally disturbed sleep.

The breakfast has the normal hotel breakfast spread. There is an egg station. The coffee was excellent. Have not tasted such good coffee in a hotel setting. Location was good even though it was quite deep inside. But since we have our own car, we will able to drive to the Awana cable car station, shop at the Premium outlet and then went up by the cable car. Everything was convenient. We were able to have supper at Gohtong Jaya and then back to the hotel. There is ample parking space. We booked the hotel very early so we were able to get a very good price inclusive of breakfast. As our stay was only one night, we were not able to enjoy all the facilities. Will book again in the future.

As the hotel has a full occupancy, we have to choose between an early time for breakfast or a later time. The early time is too early and the later time is too late. As it is only for one day, we chose the early time and I wish I could sleep in a bit longer.

I loved that this hotel provide numerous parking lot. Comfortable and nice lobby, great room decor, free cot for babies, great choices of breakfast selection, nice amenities. For sure will come back again here.

The only spoiler for this mean time is the road access to the hotel. There is currently under construction building making the road to tuw hotel unpleasent and no roadside lamp. When the fog is thick you cant clearly see the road and it will cause accident at one point. I think for another 2-3years there is no problem for the access.

I like everything from the hotel. From the staffs ,they were very attentive and helpful. Facilities is ok. Breakfast spread were lots of choices and also tasted very good. Room is quite spacey and clean.

Parking would be a problem. Coz it is only available outside the property. Location of the hotel is far from the main road and eateries/ shops. And 1 thing bothered me is swimming pool area. Maybe they would consider to provide chairs & tables for guest to sit or put personal things like towels or clothes.

- We were very annoyed with the elevator sound. Constant double pinging whenever someone uses the elevator, we can hear the pinging from ground floor up to 10th. (all night long) This is such an easy fix... - Bed pretty hard TIPS: - *The entire area is a construction site, new buildings being build all over.* (This didn't bother us, we were on 10th floor so no noise from construction works. The elevator sound ruled the night.) - For a full hotel the breakfast area will be to small. - We came with a rental car. If you don't have a car, the walk to nearest shop is far!
