The location is perfect, a great spot to explore between shops there and "The Spring", the parking lot is secured and monitored. The hotel is very lovely, the rooms were impressive, comfortable and very clean. The management should invest in making a swimming pool with pool bars and restaurants perfect for families, and a sky view of Bintulu city.

Nothing bad to complain about but we did have to carry the bags up ourselves from the lobby to our room, the staff needs to be more attentive, helpful and always looking for reasons to be useful and responsible for the guests. A little more tweaks and encouragement would definitely help shape into a much better "New World Suites". 🤙🏻

I like the shower, the bed and pillow very confortable, having breakfast next building because their restaurant is under maintainance with buffet style also nice (halal). Arrived at night and the reception (malay girl with hijab) was very friendly and helpful but not to 2 girls during checkout next day. They arent friendly. I stayed with 2 single bed and the space is just nice. This hotel provide 2 can drinks n 2 packs of snacks food for free instead of just 2 water bottles like normally hotel does. Guest car park is on the 4th floor with security provided and its free. Shopping malls The Spring is reachable by foot. 7 eleven also available few steps from the lobby. Convenient and will come for more in the future.

The aircond is not cold eventho setting at 18° but not that hot just so so. The lights are so dim. I prefer more bright lamp.

We love the mattress which is soft and make my husband enjoy sleeping on the bed. The hotel newly renovated and well maintained. Comfortable, clean and cosy to hotel guests is the vital factors.

Still need some cleaning improvement in bathroom especially the toilet bowl cover and some surface in the room which still contain dust.

Clean, quite, direct access to a Mall with few nice shops in case of urgent needs. The personnel, very kind and gentle, always answering in exhaustive manner to my requests. Recommended!!!

Best hotel with best location in Bintulu. Very convenient for all business travelers. Access to the best malls and shops. No need to stay anywhere else.

Check in process is slow at the reception (only one desk) and the lobby is not as inviting as you would like it to be. Breakfast is not that great, little variety.

Located at very Strategic location

I had rquested My breakfast was converted to sahoor due to i’m fasting. Choices of food were limited if compared to breakfast menu i guess..

The bed and pillows were excellent - super comfy! Location was good, near mall and eatery.

Selection of TV channels can be increased.

As before, the service I received was very good, the rooms were clean. Worth the price I paid. It was nice to celebrate my husband's birthday there since my husband is so happy.

Wireless connection for television is very weak. For example, while watching netflix, there are interruptions and it takes too long a buffering time. Another television is not available with the Netflix app. The breakfast provided, was a bit off to my taste and a bit salty. It was a bit disappointing considering that in my previous memory the food prepared was all delicious.

Walking distance to The Spring Shopping Mall. The room is cozy and interior is great.

There is no ramp for easy baggage handling.
