The service apartment is very good, location is near to the Lost World Tambun. Only the balcony is not clean and we didn't dare to hang our clothes there. Also, there was a strange voice came from somewhere in the kitchen which was quite annoying. other than these, the apartment was fantastic.

We are taking home stay, is apartment, not from hotel. Alpine apartment is good maintained. Room is clean, equipped with necessary. Good for family. If u have transport, better here. U can choose up stair or lower ground.

Only 1 need complain. Smoke detector on top of fridge is low battery. Keep make noise "beep" every minute. So irritating. Please change it

The bed is slighly hard on body...but then again this is my personal experiance... My mum like these consistency though....claiming she like it hard so easy for her to stand up, she has bad knee OA.

It’s situated very close to Lost World and walking distance to a supermarket with a food court. There’s also a restaurant in the next block. Bed is huge and comfy, all on the ground floor. Room size ok for short stays. Plenty of parking spaces outside.

The plug extension, whilst very handy, was fixed onto the table very close to the edge. If you need to plug in a long-ish plug, you’re stuck as there are no other sockets in the room aside from behind the tv. Small gripe really but note for the property.

Very near to The Lost World of Tambun Theme Park, very clean, very comfortable for a family of 5, nice apartment.

The rooms do not have ceiling fans so we had no choice but to keep the airconds on, the cups provided do not have a proper handle, making it difficult and risky for us to hold when drinking hot drinks. There were also red ants trailing along the kitchen countertop. No facial tissues provided in all rooms.

I like the facilities and accomodation.. very clean and comfort.. will repeat again to stay here.. thank you

Everything is so clean and the room is comfortable. Reasonable price and the location is great for people who planning to go to lost world of tambun. Overall the hotel is great, keep it up 😁

The hotel signboard is quite small.

Small room with great water pressure. Clean environment. Requested room with window and got it.

The pillow is too squishy and soft. The room is not sound proof, you can hear the voice from people outside and dogs barking at night.

Our accommodation unit is located in Sunway City. Close to theme parks and various eateries and more.

An electric kettle is provided but coffee and tea are not provided. It's not a big issue either. After this, if you stay here, you can bring your own coffee and tea.
