Room facilities (kitchen, washing machine, comfy bed, desk). Good location with nice restaurants close by as well as a supermarket and a convenience store. Nice sized room. Room nicely made up with fresh towels. Nice to have a small balcony. Good electricity facilities to charge up devices. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Room was a bit musky when we first arrived, which disappeared with a blast of air-con. Water never got hot for showers and/or baths. Lift system could be frustrating at peak times.

The cleaning staff was a nice young man from Myanmar. He was very helpful and prompt. I also liked the security staff that also doubled up as bellhops. I liked that festive food was available at the breakfast buffet like some kuehs and crisps krepek.

The breakfast buffet has a good variety but somehow it was missing something. Maybe the quality of the food could be better. The side of the pool was mouldy. The wooden deck was quite badly damaged. There was a lot of upkeep that needed to be done to the exterior of the building.

The room is spacious & clean . Complete with washer dryer , electric stove to cook also had some basic utensil and platting item to used , smells nice , the bed was huge also staff were nice and sweet . The food also was so delicious . I've order their Nasi Goreng set that price for 37++ i think , the portion was huge & came with a lot of side dishes like satay , chicken & such . Also tried their mushroom soup. Room also included with a microwave . Their basic shampoo & conditioner which I loveeee smell so good .

Really could replace your baby crib with the IKEA one @ any brand that have safe feature for infant & child coz the one that you provide now was not very safe & strudy , my 9 months old baby was almost felt off his face due to the side off the bed were open while he was standing beside it . A child safe crib is the one that all side could not be adjusted or move . also lose the wheel . so really recommeded you guys replace it with the IKEA one . Very safe & dont cost much .

Property was amazing. Beautiful and clean! Super spacious with separate balconies for rooms and hall. You can’t even see the other room’s balconies so plenty of privacy. All amenities available just like a hotel apartment residence would have. Stove, dishwasher, full fridge with freezer , even an oven! We had a bath tub in our 2 bedroom apartment. Both toilets supeer big and spacious!Dining hall was spacious and clean. Provided liquid dishwasher as well for dishes. Plates, scissor all in apartment. Including washing machine and dryer! 5 stars for this hotel really!!! Concierge was also very kind! Thank you for the amazing hospitality! Will definitely come back again and recommend to everyone!

Nothing. Loved everything! Maybe only that the location doesn’t have mall a at walking distance. Just a few restaurants and bars. But it’s okay cos grab is avail to go anywhere!

The view was superb.. The preparation for my wife and daughter birthday was awesome.. Cleanlines thumbs up.. The technician were so professional.. I was at rm 1308.. Our washing machine was spoiled.. The technician work so fast and changed a new washing machine for us.. The food at Swatch gerekk.. So many things to eat so many choice.. I think i put on weight abit ah during my 2 night stay there.. The staff, the waiter are so friendly.. Kudos to all staff.. Alhamdulillah...

Breakfast was excellent. Specially it included Indian items also. It had plenty of vegetarian options also. The facility is good. Not very far from Legoland and the location is very near to the harbor, good for a morning walk. Facility is very spacious and good to stay with family and kids.

The rooms don't have mirrors to get ready. One has to mandatorily use mirror in the washroom. If a mirror is provided will be very convenient for dressing up.

Spacious rooms with great views. The location is a quiet area but it is a quick drive to Legoland, Bukit Indah It was convenient to have washer/ dryer in the room, and they have thoughtfully included a packet of laundry detergent powder for use so useful for family. The room was well equipped with induction stove and frying pan, cutlery etc though we didn’t use them. I would like to compliment 2 staff who voluntarily helped to change my car’s tyre when it unexpectedly punctured. They were so experienced and did it swiftly.

I booked 3 rooms but only 2 were ready at 3 plus when I checked in, and I was told the remaining room will be ready in 30 min and the staff will call me. This never happened. I waited till 6 plus before I was given the room and only when I went to reception to ask again. The buffet breakfast ran out of English breakfast tea on both mornings I was there. The towel in 1 room was dirty 2 days in a row.

We are a family of 4 so we have booked a 2 bedrooms apartment. The room is spacious and bright. furnished with everything we need. Breakfast buffet spread was excellent. We enjoyed that too. Staff are polite, prompt and helpful. The duty manager sent an apology fruit platter to our room for some miscommunication issues. We were actually quite surprised. The hotel went extra miles to show their sincerity, we really appreciate the nice gesture.

bathtub was not cleaned, there were spider and spider web.

The actual room given had a mouldy smell so I asked to be changed to the room in the corner 1505 that my mum and sis were staying in for one night.

They charged me twice for the same room and I had asked them at check-in to check that the payment was made to booking.com already but they swiped my card anyways and now I am still waiting for the refund.
