Generally room was clean...location was ideal...only 3mins drive to mid valley mall

Generally room was clean but the water pressure was rather low and one of the bed mattress and pillow covers were with stain.

very clean room with mini balcony and comfortable bed, pillows and blanket.big room and bathroom. near to restaurants and shopping.The staffs are very friendly.got water dispenser near to lift.Tv channels are good.modern style and good lighting in room/ bathroom with touch screen . Wi-Fi is good .

water pressure is very low especially toilet washer. smoke smell in the room and bathroom . not sound proofed. can hear all the noises from outside.only one dustbin in the bathroom. should have one outside would be good. no laundry bag or disposal slippers are provided and no safety box.

Room is quite spacious. Everyday cleaning and restocking of essentials in the room. Facilities are in good working condition. Ability to operate lights at different points and near the bed. Friendly staff and understanding reception. Allowed me to pay the next day when I was able to get Malaysian money available.

Television in the room had no remote control hences was not used. I did not ask reception if any spare is available.

Overall is nice. Love staying there cus it has cozy bed and nice view 🥰 Just One comment! down below.

I want to mentioned abt the toilet bowl last time when we just check in hotel. but the toillet bowl not clean, Lime somebody just used it before we entered or maybe the house keeping did not clean it.

Loved the location. The hotel was within walking distance to many food places and convenience stores (a couple of them are open 24 hours). For a boutique hotel, it has a pretty modern design and was clean. There's parking lots right in front of the hotel, I believe it's free parking on Sunday and payment is required on other days (if not there's a risk of getting fined). The staff were also friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the price and would come back again!

My only complaint is that there was no fridge in our room though I could see that every other room on our floor had a fridge (caught a glimpse of a couple of rooms while they were cleaning after guests checked out).

Staff are friendly. Room is clean and comfortable. There are many eateries and shops surrounding the hotel.

Hotel may set up a drink corner at hotel lobby, next to sofa seating area, to provide some coffee or tea for guest during checking hours.

The room was good size,the bed was big,the location was awesome,nearby to food,watson,gym..

The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job in keeping the room speck and clean..however they didnt restock the towels that they remove from the room.

The location is good across McD/Domino Pizza. The room is almost like a regular main hotel with marble toilet & shower area.

1. The pillow is not comfortable, maybe it is kind of hard & thicker. Feather pillow would be better. 2. The toilet needs extra effort to lock the door; small area to turn the lock

air con wasn't cold. Even we set it at the lowest of 18 degree; it didn't improved. At best we didn't need to use the blanket at all.

clean and comfortable. good for a night's rest/transit.

could hear people speaking loudly along the corridor at 2am, and that woke me up a few times.
