We took 2 units of the Suite Triple Room with windows, the room is not spacious but there were hooks and hangers provided and floor area enough to place your traveling bags. Basic toiletry items were also prepared in the room including electric water heater, mugs, spoons and 3in1 coffee. Before our trip to Johor from Sabah, I made frequent phone calls to the hotel for enquiries and the staff Ms. Ruba was helpful. During our stay the receptionists (different staff everyday, on shift rotation) were all accomodating to our requests. Location is great near to good restaurants (especially Chinese restaurant nearest to the hotel) and hypermarket. Easy to move around by grab. Quite noisy at night near to main road. For light sleeper, bring earplugs. So happy with the cuckoo water dispenser provided at the lobby. Aircond was great, for shower need to know how to adjust and wait for awhile to enjoy warm water. In short, it was a pleasure staying here and worth the money that we paid. Total is only about rm486 for 2 units room 5D4N trip for a family of six people.

The location is very strategic because there is a walking-distance AEON Mall nearby also there is a lot of parking lots available. The room is superb because for an economic price, I got an en-suite room with air-conditioner, mini tv, water heater and a condiment.

The thing that distract me the most here is the main door of the hotel is locked by 12am and it had caused me trapped outside when I am back at 2am for 5 minutes before there is a staff in charge opened the door. It is very dangerous especially for a single traveler like me.

I have booked 2 standard double room..n i have choose to pay at hotel..i got call from hotel ask me arriving time. And i have told them i will be late check in..when i arrived at the hotel,the management hotel told me that no more room for us and they will canceled our booking...but my money in my account still deduct because for not showing up at hotel...😡😡😡😡 so suprisely when i see so many family got the same problem with us..

We took family room. The room is clean. The toilet is big. Shower rose is big. Water pressure is very good. 4 clean towels provided. Thank you so much.
