The receptionist Ahmed offered me 12pm check out without me asking. Shower was good

Facing the main road which is quite noisy at times. I booked it very last minute and was concerned that it would be cancelled as I checked in around 11pm only. Therefore, I had message the hotel 3 times and called 1 time but no reply. Hope the hotel can respond in time. The cover for the TV remote control was missing. Suggest to provide toothbrush and toothpaste

Good location. Convenient/ample parking. Easy check in/out process. Air-conditioning and fan works well. The pros...

The cons: The tiles can become wet especially near the door/bathroom door and part near the bed due to the poor air circulation. We had this issue in 1 of our room. I hv wipe it when I chk in but overnite it happend in the morning. The room is quite cold even we didn't turned the air-conditioning.

Our side was quiet and away from the noise of the highway. The room was clean but small. Water pressure was strong with easy-to-control temperature.

The cleanliness of the corridor heading to our room was questionable; we encountered a dead lizard on the floor. TV only had one viewable channel (the other channels couldn't be viewed due to reception quality). The shoplots nearest to the hotel were almost non-occupied, so it was strangely quiet in the area.

Good. Just room 508 and 533 got leaking in aircond. Room okay not spacious not too small. Superior almost the same just got kettle and lot of tv channel. Indian girl at reception are very good.

Did not tally with other shift person regarding extend the room and did knock until i open door. Male staff a bit rude. Other than that a very good budget hotel like link inn hotel in bukit indah.

This was my first stay with Tune Hotel. When I arrived, the staff greeted me with a smile. The wait wasn't that long once my details were taken and keyed in to their system. They gave me the room key and I went up to my room. Upon opening everything light up once I placed my room key near the wall. I'm quite happy that the room was very clean and all the facilities were working very well. The second day of my stay, I went out for my lunch at 1pm , I realised I had forgotten to put the " Tidy up my room signage outside, however when I came back from lunch and shopping at 5.30pm, I was quite surprised that the housekeeper had done a great job in cleaning up my room, they even change the towels and gave me a new one, they change the towel mat too and gave me new soap as well as refilled the mineral water. I am so happy with the service. It was really a pleasant stay as everything went smoothly. When I was checking out the third day, I just have to simply passed my room key to the staff and that's all, I'm good to go. Overall experience was very pleasant, I'm very happy, and I might come back to stay here again. Thank you so much for all the services. Well done, keep it up.

The shophouses around the area doesn't have much choice on food when I went out to look for food to eat in the morning. The Hotel do provide a vending machine for instant food but I would prefer a proper meal instead. I did ask the staff whether they have breakfast provided, the staff said they don't have breakfast at all. So if you are coming here you can either call for delivery like Food Panda / Grab Food or take a trip down to Angsana Shopping Mall where you can get all the choices of food you want to eat and go shopping after that.

Convenient, good location . Ample parking.

Unfortunately at night there we group of other guests (men, foreign) on our floor... some running across the hall, talking too loud, calling their friend.. keep talking non stop at 1-3am till finally I fell asleep being too tired. Since no phone inside the room, it was very inconvenient for me to call the front desk for help.

Bed was good and room is reasonably clean. Basic toiletries (shampoo and soap) are provided. Room is bit small but expected. Parking space is ample. Enjoyed staying and had been coming back to Tune Hotel whenever we are in JB.

Kettle and mugs should be provided for all types of rooms - basic needs.

The lobby and hotel have a pleasant frangrance and the check in process is very smooth. The room are very clean, minimalist and cute. The hotel is well-presented with fresh paint. They also provide a parking lot for customers, which is very useful.
