+great location +super friendly staff +a lot of parking spaces +nice vibe from the music at the cafe +nice views from balcony and around the building

-tv (channel not consistent, but doesn't matter if you goes out all the time, and I got Netflix on my phone so, i guess thats not a big deal) -there's gap at the balcony door, so during night there's going to be mosquitoes -no elevator, so make sure you're fit enough

Considering the price for the room, breakfast was a nice welcome. Not so many choices, but they served proper good local breakfast. On my second day we got to enjoy generous portion of good "nasi dagang". Spacious room and comfortable bed. Close to the beach and food shops.

The hotel is dated and may need a bit of refurbishment here and there. But for the price, I think it's good value for money.

Was a wonderful property to stay in, walking distance to the beach out the back of the hotel. The owner let me check in early since I arrived at 7am with out charging me. I came during moonson season so it was very quite / relaxing. The rooms are very spacious, clean and have water/ tea. The balcony had nice views and the manger Eric was amazing. He took me to 7/11 and the atms with out charge, was very helpful with information and showed me around the city. I’d 10000% stay again next time coming to Kuala Besut.

Overall experience was pleasant. The room was spacious and provided great value for the price. The location was convenient, nearby the beach and jetty. Everything in the hotel worked well. While there was nothing exceptional, the hotel delivered a comfortable experience. I would consider staying here again on future visits.

i would say. the price they offered (which is below 100 for 3 bed) is very valuable. my room was 2004 , it was clean and spacious. the washroom was very clean too and i love how they have sliding door to saperate the toilet and shower area ( no bathtub which for me its fine because i dont have time for bathtub😂) but i would say its very clean . the floor we could see scratches but thts not affected our comfortability. the breakfast was good! we had nasi lemak , meehoon singapore, some toast, tea and coffee, 3-4 differences of kueh mueh. they have orange juice too and coco crunches! for me with the price its crazily worth it. they dont have fridge in the room ( maybe someday they will because there’s compartment for it ) , they have TV in the room. overall we satisfied! and oh! its near to pantai air tawar. u can go for walk through the backdoor of their cafe. or by car.

Helpful and friendly receptionists. Ample parking. Nearby to eateries. Nice morning view from balcony. Spacious and clean room. Complete toiletries. Cold ac. Water pressure and water heater is good.

Tv android box is not working. Maybe wifi is slow. Towel and bath mat were not provided during checkin but receptionist quickly sent to room once requested. Quite dark at night. Just keep in mind, no room on ground floor. Thus all need to use stairs. Smelly toilet at first but after usage, it is ok.

we booked this hotel for only 1 night before we left for Perhentian Island the next morning The hotel location is only 4 mins drive to Kuala Besut Jetty Simple breakfast was provided.

my room is next to the stairs up to upper floors, the only concern was the bathroom is see through from the stairs! Hotel should do something to cover the bathroom from outside visibility

Near to the jetty. Considerate management for allowing guests who are going to Perhentian Osland to leave their cars at their ample parking space. They even offered to send us to the jetty in the morning! Big room with sufficient no of beds for my family of 5.

One of strategic place to stay if you plan to do the pulau day trips....Nice place.... buffet is just nice and filling....staff are friendly also....plus my kids love the pool table in the lobby.... perfect
