Extremely spacious! Excellent location with nearby shops and town area but not too busy and secure entrance. Very convenient parking. Place looks new and is very clean.

The Villa was big and grand. My kids love villa, and the swimming pool of the villa is very clean. The room are extremely grand and comfortable with large living space. And i had a very big balcony.
There is no breakfast option and they dont serve food on monday to wednesday. Which we expected to have room service, but there was no cook at that time of our stay.

The room exceeded all my expectations. For the price we paid, the room was excellent. Large room with lots of space, comfortable beds, very clean, a large bathroom, coffee tea amenities and a small fridge. The location was also great - nearby to town and lots of makan places. Truly wow.

toilet not working very well ( bathtub ) shower head no water come out water heater very noisy carpark did not reserve for hotel guest pillow is too thick bad for head good if can provide different thickness

The room was huge, toilet was huge.
Not that I didn't like, but pool was open to swimming classes which makes residents have limited space to swim. Not enough sitting area coz was all pre occupied by families waiting for kids swimming lessons.

Was very pleasantly surprised .... room was very spacious and so was toilet! Staff were very friendly and accomodating! Will definitely return the next time I visit Kluang! :-)
The sink in toilet could do with - a bar of soap? Or hand soap dispenser? And perhaps a couple of tea bags instead of just the coffee machine?

Spacious and luxurious room with 50 inch TV with Netflix. Feels like staying in a 5 star hotel. Nice hill view from the room. Capsule coffee machine provided in the room. Very impressed with the place and it exceeded my expectation.
Seems like there is no hot water for shower.

Huge comfortable luxurious rooms in a beautiful setting with gorgeous views of Gunung Lambak. You can have a dance party in the shower alone!
Feels a bit deserted at night but some people may enjoy that solitude!
