The environment is pretty nice!! So relaxing, all of us are very enjoy the moment there~ will visit again in the future.

No hair dryer in every room, only provide at the public area…quite inconvenient, especially for the girl. And I think the resort need to prepare one-time used indoors' slippers for the customer due to the weather in Kundasang is quite cold. One more thing is the Wi-Fi connection is very weak, maybe is due to the area or caused by the weather...

The location is quite far from Kundasang town but it's okay still drive to there. A lot of parking space. The room is quite cozy and we still get fresh air from the forests The view from the room is spectacular during dawn.

The room is unable to access the Kinabalu view from this property, The stairs to the room are unbelievable and not suits for bringing older parents here.

The location of this property is unique, specially the holiday house, nested in the rainforest. The holiday house is a beautiful wood house with breathtaking views.

Bathrooms and kitchen very based and dated. Humid bathrooms to be expected being in the middle of the rainforest.

I like the views here. It is also located near a restaurant so our meals are well taken care of.

Part of the walkways could be sheltered and well lit. Due to the rain, some of us got wet and it doesn't help that we are unable to run when we were carrying luggage.

Quiet location. Clean, tidy and amazing views. Definitely would stay there again on future visits.

Thee management need to sort out the constant barking dogs around the complex. Depending on your room location, you need be prepared to walk 130+ steps down and back up for car/reception.

Just a short drive away from Mount Kinabalu National park. Room is basic, clean, with a decent shower. There is a cafe/ restaurant situated roadside, within walking distance from the lobby.

There isn't much view from the room though. A lot of stairs to the room, which we are fine with it, however it might be a little inconvenient for older folks.

We stayed one night because we wanted to climb the Kinabalu Mount on the day after and the position was perfect. The resort is very nice in a beautiful position.

The staff didn’t respond when I tried to contact them on booking. One pillow was just huge and uncomfortable but these are just details. I would recommend the resort:)

The room just prefect for travellers like us. Just a nice place ti stay. Its just you need to have strong leg to hike up and down to the resort lobby. Prepare your stamina. Its very cold place. Prepare cold jackets. Near to kinabalu park ! Have small cafe near car park

The sink doesnt have hot water .

Spacious unit, books for reading, good wifi connection and a well-equipped kitchen.

The water heater worked intermittently, which was not pleasant as the weather up on the mountain was very chilly.

The shower had hot water, but it didn’t really work. It was very cold up there compared to the rest of Borneo, so we were freezing while showering
