Location very near with almost everythg. KB mall is just in front of the hotel. U have starbucks, even naskeen coffee above the hotel. Room is acceptable but very much value for money. Worth every dime you pay. Cozy and comfortable even not spacious.

No parking special for customers. Tune hotel does not have its own parking lot. So I have to park my car a bit far from the hotel. Sometime I have to circle the building for quite sometime bfore I can get a decent parking space.

The room 220 is well taken care off. Mr Moses is very insightful. He helped us when the car park lift stopped working.

During the check in, I wanted to make payment but the receptionist checked and confirmed that we had made payment via online. I insisted to pay but she said the payment had been made. While otw back to KL after checkout, I was called and asked to make payment. Abt the room, the toilet bowl need some scrubbing and the TV remote is not working

I feel the hotel needs to change all bedding items. The pillow are very smelly. There are times when I stayed here I had to purchase pillow from KB Mall. Please Tune Hotel Owner. Change the bedding set ie pillows, bedsheets, pillow case please. Busuk sgt

The location of the hotel is very strategic as it is located next to Kota Bharu Mall (KB Mall). Easy to find food however be prepared for the expensive price.

The food nearby the hotel is quite expensive.

As mentioned by others, check in process is slow.the staff will move from 1 pc to another.tune hotel tried to cut cost, no free parking etc but in reality the price we paid can stay at other better hotels.previously the price were way cheaper.the plus point for this hotel they are walking distance to kb mall.thats all

Nice location in town area,near to shopping mall just walk few minutes and room cleanlines

No private parking very hard to get the parking,for room no kettle for hot water,no iron board and no kiblat point.lastly room key,just one key for every room.

good location very convenient for exit all location needed and staff was good

1. toilet sinks was stuck and water flow very slow 2. room curtain not fix in well unable to stay on 3. room window was dirty and dusty with the small insect 4. tv connection not so clear with the tv screen condition out 5. rubbish bin broken may change new one

the iron box is outside the room and no electric cattle provided as my mum only drink hot water. hope that electric cattle is provided to the room.

The location, the cleanliness and overall was good.

the space to perform solat is too small... we need to request hot water frm reception as no kettle in the room.

Property offer reasonable price with startegic location just beside the mall (KB Mall). Pleasent facilities provided by the property.
