The card always locked every time I used but the staff solved it faster

This is my favorite hotel if we go to KK..

I think twice got the room that smell cigaratte smoke.. first when i was pregnant.. second when i have baby 1 week old.. its not good for us if the room is not clean enough and smell smoke.. and there is tiny sharp that hurt my feet on carpet.. that sharp thing is on the carpet on the way from bathroom.. near to the lining between floor from bath room to carpet.. i have no idea how to explain the exact location of that things.. but almost all your room like that.. the rest is ok especially the swimming pool.. 👍

1. clean, cozy and spacious room 2. breakfast buffet choice was considered okay for its price 3. pool suitable for kids 4. Near to bank, pharmacy, 24 hours shop

1. you need access card to use the elevator. 2. Your access card limited to your room floor only, which means you cannot go to other floors except to the restaurant, pool, lobby and parking. 3. Parking is not free, as guest you need to pay RM5 every time you go out..it would be lovely if the parking free for guest.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel just reopened after being closed for two years due to the Pandemic so not everything was working right - e.g the key cards had to be changed many times. BUT The staff were EXCEPTIONAL and very accommodating. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had a later afternoon flight and there was no problem asking for a later checkout. They were great!

It would have been nice if it were in the city of Kota Kinabalu, but it was not a far drive to the city.

The location near airport. Shop to buy food and thing you needed. Bank opposite of the hotel. They provide airport shuttle. Swimming pool. Other facilities provides by the hotel.

Reception not pick up phone when check out, cause need to ask to bring trolley to carry bag. upon check in, need to change room, due to some inconvenience problem but still I'm not having problem with it, cause the cleaner help me to carry my bag. Appreciate it.

Complete facilities for a 4-star hotel. Early check-in at 1.00 pm was given to me without extra charge.

Nothing really. But location-wise, it is not in central KK. It could cost u more in terms of transportation via Grab if u plan to visit KK city centre every day. This location is ideal for those who want nearer accom to KKIA.

1. Upgrade your gym 2. Make sure your cleaner (room service) vacuum the floor while do makeup. 3. Make sure your telephone and water boiler is function. 4. Make sure your cafeteria serving food less than 20 minute, nor more than 1 hour.

1. Gym equipment is not enough. 2. Your cleaner is not vacuum the room while makeup until we remind them in a second day.

breakfast was excellence. many choices.

i would like to suggest that the glass wall at the lobby to put some decoration or stickers. i bumped onto the wall as i was rushing out. It could be avoided if i see the stickers.

We love the facilities provided. The buffets are excellent and it is truly a family friendly stay, staffs are helpful and I personally love the karaoke lounge the most. Looking forward to our next stay here😉

Perhaps a little improvement on housekeeping might do as my daughter found "treasures" under the bed 😅

It feels like home. Spacious, comfortable, My baby is very cranky but the room is soundproofing, so very convenient and didn't disturb other customers. Complete facilities.

The selection of buffet food is very limited. Not worthy paying RM30
