Hotel is close to port, shops, bars and restaurants offering various cuisines. Room was clean, quiet and relatively spacious. And everything in the room worked. Small problems are fixed instantly; a small leak on the bidet spray was attended to in minutes. Staff are accommodating, friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is a bit sparse, the promised continental components missing. Mostly cold, Malaysian food. Poor is great, but the number of guests entering it fully clothed gives the treatment systems difficulties as the water was a little murky. Guests should also be asked to dry before entering the building. The lift floor was constantly wet

Stayed in Room 726. The fixtures on the toilet are falling off. Water is a bit slow flowing. You should put a screen on the toilet window so that bugs cannot enter especially when light on toilet is open. Wifi is only good for mobile phones but not for laptops as wifi cannot connect, Had to go to business center to connect directly to the modem. The hotel is near the venue of the conference site at Bayview Hotel which is a 10 minute walk but the way to that hotel is not pedestrian friendly. There is strict zoning with high fences so one cannot take a short cut via adjacent buildings but will need to pass through the highway with a very narrow passage for pedestrians and a huge water moat beside it. Going to the conference site was risky. No zebra paths for pedestrians to cross either.

Attractive facilities available; pool, breakfast included, near HIG with a mini mart and travel desk in-house. Petrol station just next door with a mini mart. Staff are lovely and couldn’t be more helpful. Spacious, well-equipped rooms looking out to the town.

Other guests letting their children run riot in and around the pool, in their non-swimming fabric - there’s a reason why there are regulations, people! Little consideration for the property and other guests. Then non-chalantly dripping wet into the lifts making the floor around the lifts slippery and hazardous. Yes we’ve paid for the rooms but I doubt there’s provision for staff to mop the floors throughout the day. The petulance of the few spoils it for many. It’s a shame because I would’ve wanted to stay longer but couldn’t stand the atmosphere. The PM has quite a task with his #KeluargaMalaysia vision.

In quiet area, close to the petrol station and main roads, Bathroom and room clean. Breakfast buffet was good. There is a dispenser of filtered water in reception. Plenty of parking spaces. There is a tour desk in reception to arrange activities.

The bathroom door couldn't close fully. The wardrobe door was partially broken, coming off. There was a bed lying on the floor next to my room door, inapropiate

Hotel staff were very welcoming especially the banquet chef. We had a friend who is vegan so the chef specially inform us which are the vegie food served during breakfast. The room is big and lots of space - Good. Balcony is clean and windy. Hotel is located at a very convenient location easy exited to many famous/shopping place. Car parking space were always available and not congested. Hotel receptionist were very helpful.

Everything was good during our stay. We are glad to chose Greenish Hotel for our trip. Very courteous hotel staffs with welcome smiling face....thank you for everything.

Super nice staff. The hotel is fairly clean but lots of mosquitoes roam around.

The rates are higher than before (I stayed in the same hotel previously) and it seems the new management is cutting corners. The tourist shop that used to be in the lobby is closed. The breakfast is local with no options for international tourists

Room was spacious. Clean. Lovely balcony. Good it has kettle, iron and hair dryer all in place. Walking distance to some shops and duty free shop as well. Have own parking space. Buffet breakfast was simple like what you have for your daily ones at home, there's toast, omelette and baked beans, fried rice,noodles and rice porridge. Nothing lavish which is good as we won't want wastage of food if provide anything more considering the amount of guests around at the period of time.

Reasonable Price, Located in Kuah, 10 minutes away from Langkawi Main Destination, Eagle Square in Dataran Lang. They have minimarket inside the hotel that made things more convenient. They have free water dispenser in almost all floor. They have nice staff.

One of the lift was broken during my stay, it was inconvenient. The water pressure, especially for the hot water is not strong enough. If you mix it with cold water, the warmth will disappear completely. The breakfast option seemed to change everyday but the taste was not that good. I think they can improve on this.

First, the location of the hotel very strategic. Located not so far from Kuah jetty and just besides Haji Ismail Complex. Parking area also huge and wouldn't be a problem. Second, the facilities are the best. Clean room, clean bathroom, nice and comfy beds, soothing lighting, large space and nice view. During booking process, I did asked for interconnecting room and high level room and they did provide it. However, this is subject to room availability. This hotel also has a nice pool and convenience store. I even won an umbrella because they have a lucky draw at that time. You also can rent a car and book for activities at the store, just call the number advertise there. Overall, i am very happy with my stay and definitely will be back. Oh one more thing, I did stay there during sudden Hari Raya that was a shock to everyone and the staff did call me to inform about the news and hotel will operate at it best.

Nothing to dislike at Greenish Hotel.
