Welcome drink. Beds were comfy. Service at lunch and breakfast was good. Housekeepers friendly and attentive. Decent pool

Food and drinks only till 2.30. Pool time sometimes evening is nicer to be out there but no drinks and snacks to order takes away from a staycation. While it's a smaller hotel, would be good to have these. Breakfast I think Nasi Lemak should be a daily thing. The others changing as u have done is good. Activities - perhaps during peak times - holidays, there can be kid activities available. No need to have people around to manage or just one or two observing. Example a corner of the pool section - bubbles for kids to play. A corner of the breakfast and lunch area - afternoon card games, sand art, painting etc. Available for kids to come and mix and play. Where there is a lack of a view and lesser facilities, the ambience created can still make the trip

The understanding nature of the hotel staff towards a particular room request.

Upon checkout, the security guard insisted I'd borrowed a hotel umbrella the night before, as it was raining, when I never did. The hotel receptionist checked, and there was indeed no record, yet the security guard still insisted he had seen me. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, if the security guard really saw me as he had claimed he did, then he must have seen a ghost who resembled me 100%, which still was not me.

The breakfast room was good with nice views.and a good buffet breakfast. No frills room but functional . Close to shops and a general walking area. The Security person deserves a special mention. He went to another level to help us and refused a tip.

A little difficult to drive to. And if you miss it then around the block you go. TV was disappointing especially for International travelers.

easy check-in at the counter, staff was helpful and gave clear explanations. The interior lobby was gorgeous. The room was clean, spacious & bright lighting (I love it since I need to do work). Breakfast was good.

the parking was confusing but I can still manage figuring it out (staff showed directions & photo for guidance). But a bit of a hustle to bring from parking downstairs (have a lift but need to walk a bit) since I have a lot of luggage, better drop off at the lobby. Since it is near school, roads can be congested during peak hours.

Overall good.

The receptionist did not check on our request properly and said cant give double bed and said there',s no availability. After we mentioned if no double bed we dont want the room and to refund immediately she checked and provided the double bed. We have clearly selected double bed prior coming over, they front desk person should check well before simply giving rooms as we are paying for what we want. Should train the Malay girl properly.

I love the location at Setia Walk Mall, Puchong, the hotel has good sized rooms, great amenities, the staff are always friendly and helpful, the local area has dozens of great food shops as well as pharmacies, hairdressers, convenience stores and easy access to the express rail system into KL, this is my preferred place to stay in KL.

I really want to thank the staff on the reception Ellis’s and her friends, I appreciate their full of support and help. Very friendly and warm welcome and easy to ask for any help they will never hesitate to supply. Thanks in deep gratitude 🙏 I also want to mention the security men both were very helpful and respectful.

The furniture and bed is dated and cleaning is not up to the standards

Room was remodelled from a double room to put in a super single and table desk. Simplistic, functional and spacious room with a large desk for work. Included breakfast was nice.

Shower head setup is abit awkward, rainfall shower head knob was broken during my stay.

A great surprise by the team as i mentioned it was my wedding anniversary.. they actually took so much effort to decorate the bed and even giving a complimentary soft toy teddy bear with complimentary note..we were surprised and will definitely share the memorable stay with all my friends and colleagues.. thank you team and management

Room is clean and very comfort

when reach hotel i park outside. The parking worker very fast to ask me to pay for whole day parking fees. Hotel free parking is not applicable for me, cause i already pay for whole day parking fees to the worker. When i reached hotel, it's took me 15mins to wait for find my booking. Reception said i did not make any booking and he could not find my name or booking id in system. I show email booking receipt to reception and ask him check properly. After 15mins for keep checking, finally can found my booking in system. Hotel booking system and parking system should improve.
