First day that I arrived, I saw two cockroaches running around the room, after informing the staff, they made sure that it was taken care of, my next 4 nights that I stayed there, I didn't see anything. The stove that was in my room was also malfunctioned, but the staff was quick and efficient in recovering the stove. Although it was a little bit upsetting at first, but I am happy the staff did their best to try and fix my complaints.

I adore the fact that they are trying to be more environmental friendly, but having to take the water from outside was a bit of a hassle, I would recommend probably installing a filtered water tank (cuckoo, coway, etc) in the room. It would be more meaningful.

Good location cz inside the shopping mall. So it’s so convenient. Room was spacious for us, clean but the floor tiles inside the bathroom too slippery. Extra caution while walking. Water pressure was good. Staff very friendly.

The swimming pool close. Please put extra note the closure on booking website. So we will well aware on that. The breakfast still on pack. Come on, covid already go away. One more thing, booking website give me late check out till 2pm. Unfortunately the hotel give me till 1pm only. If the hotel cannot give till 2pm, why put on your booking website!

I appreciate that the room is clean and well-equipped with basic amenities. Everything you'd need, like a microwave, kettle, refrigerator, and utensils, is readily available, just like in a home. The bath products and shampoo have a pleasant scent. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is conveniently delivered to the room, and the mall is easily accessible. Parking is available, can park at the "resident only" sign. The flat rate for parking is RM 5. Overall, it was a wonderful staycation.

It would be great if there were a small roof in front of the lobby to offer shelter during the rainy season. ☺️

Location Good size room

The fact that when i first entered the room, was greeted by a cockroach in the toilet. Citadines, kindly check for infestation.

The smell was really nice towards to my room.

The handwash bottle is too high. Maybe can bring it a bit down. The late check outs is actually upon availability. That is not mention in the advertisement. When i reached my room, I couldnt enter, I call the reception counter and asking me to go down to renew the card. It is not convenience at all. After I informed the Malay reception girl she said the late check out is based on availability and on last Sun luckily the hotel can extend my check out until 2pm. I think this need to be properly stated in the description.

The location is a selling point for this hotel. This hotel is complete with anemities. The studio room is big and it has kitchen. In my opinion the location us very good it is inside Dpulze mall and easy to get public transport.

There are things i would like to comment is about the room floor in the kitchen it is not clean and crack, while in the bathroom it mold behind the toilet seat floor. There was also a stained on my pillow case . Overall, the stay was good and i would want to come back but hotel need to improve more.

Family of 6 overnight stay in a studio and a 2 bed apartment. We liked the lovely modern decor, comfy pillows and beds, decent-sized apartments / rooms with kitchenette incl mods; kettle, toaster, cutleries and a washing machine (we didn’t use the kitchen or appliances except for kettle). Adjoining rooms were handy for large families. Nice rooftop pool and a small gym. Good wifi. Shopping mall next door offers a variety of shops and restaurants. Easy check in and check out. Late check out 2pm is a plus.

We switched rooms as we encountered some issues (leaking air conditioning, bugs). Staff was quick to accommodate the request. Minor items to improve-missing cutleries in studio room, no bin in 2-bed aparthotel, dusty windows in 2-bed, no hand soap in the toilet, no hand towels just bath sheets. No restaurant on site which meant breakfast was pre packed and delivered to the room (limited choice)- this was not expected nor explained in the notes given the amount paid. Toilets by gym-pool were messy / not clean.

The room was very spacious. I had kitchen, a refrigeraor, a big bed, two wardrobes, a sofa and a big desk in my room. There were big windows and I saw outside comfortably. There was a drinking water supply machine on the corridor. This apart hotel is in a shopping mall, so I could buy anything I want and have a variety of food. There is also a movie theater.

Location is bad for me because I went to this hotel by train and bus from Kuala Lumpur. We need to take a train to Cyberjaya Utara station and then take a bus from the station to Dpulze mall. This route was troublesome for me. And the self laundry looked bad. I tried to use the laundry but the price was expensive and machines were dirty, so I didn’t. There is not another laundry near the place.

- One building with shopping mall complex. There are having TGV Cinema, varieties of food shop (but expensive price for food 😢, kind of fast food version eg Nando's and Old Town Coffee, Jaya Grocer mall etc. - Clean room. - Spacious room make it cozy and easy to perform solah. - Sofa and coffee table. - Complete kitchenette - kettle, oven, fridge, sinky, soap and sponge at sinky, plates, knife, spoons, forks, mug, scissors. - Iron and iron board. - Hair dryer. - Safety box - More switch plug - at left and right bed, at study / make up table and at the wall.

- The breakfast food were send to your room (if you opt to inclusive breakfast). Sadly, only one box food will be send to you by early menu chosen during check in. No drink for breakfast available. Simple food presentation (asal boleh). - I am request for early receives breakfast at 7am. However, they are late until i called them to quiry at 7.45am. Thats made i am late goes out for work meeting 😥. - No housekeeping staff come to your room and replace towel or clean room at day 2. Maybe because i booked 1 night with extend for second night during 1st day check in (pay twice times).

The reception is wonderful and always willing to help. There are big units that coming with washer dryer complete with kitchen and cooker. Also there are laundry room available in level 8 (just need to buy token from reception). They just refurbished the hotel floor and somehow the room become more spacious and cozy. The location is a bonus - located in The Pulze Shopping Mall that has everything from foods to groceries to cinema.

Dont opt for breakfast because they will only provide a box breakfast to the room and their menu are similiar every 2-3 days. Swimming pool tend to be crowded during busy season and there is no shower available next to the pool.
