The room was comfortable and very clean. The lifts are super fast and service was very good. My wife had food poisoning from another restaurant in town. So the night staff offered to call a doctor or take her to the hospital. However she got better in the morning and got ready to check out. At exactly 12noon we got a call from the reception, not for us to check out but to ask if we would like a late check out as the morning manager came to know my wife was unwell and if she would like to rest more…. This will be the most endearing moment of our stay in any hotel. Humanity restored

This hotel is newly opened (opened mid Dec) and will fully open in mid Feb. I was given a spacious room with beautiful views of the city (facing away from Petronas Twin Towers). Amenities were provided except the hairdryer which I had to request for. Staffs were really polite and friendly, although the housekeeping staff I interacted with was the only one who could not understand much English. The hotel is located a walking distance away from the twin towers and have food areas nearby that are usually open for dinner onwards. There are also several malls in the twin tower area.

The hotel is very very new, so there were several teething issues: housekeeping door sign did not light up, housekeeping missed my room on one of the days, electricity for power sockets went out on one of the days, room air conditioning didn’t seem to respond when I changed the temperature / fan speed, extremely slow service at the hotel lobby cafe / restaurant. Despite these issues, the management was quite receptive to feedback and I appreciated their positive attitude too. I’m also positive that they will work through these issues in time for their big opening in Feb, and eventually one of the choice hotels in the area.

Breakfast was very busy and the western options were limited; we had it on the first day but didn't go back for the second and third morning. I expected better in terms of choice and quality. The bacon is fake, chicken sausage and both were not replenished so i waited a long time for not very nice food. The egg station was busy as a member of staff was standing there with around 10 orders from other tables. I ended up just having toast and fruit. Quite far from the nearest metro Views from some rooms are poor - at the back of the hotel it is surrounded by large buildings so it kind of feels closed in but we spent little time in the room so it didn't bother us.

i stayed in about 10 hotels in my KL 7weeks trip and here 4 days was pretty ok. Opened 15/12/2023 so still in testing phase. breakfast was overall very good. We had dinner there 3 evenings and we can say food there is pretty good taste. Thanks chef! pool on 33rd floor has a good view but I can get very windy and you almost want to leave. Cold water in pool and jacuzzi. no sauna. Breakfast staff is ok but they can get better. aircon in room impossible to set up for the right temperature. Needs to be fixed. Also And a bit loud when is on. Soundproof is not done well. Somehow through the window frame you can hear people next door so when hotel gets busy this can get annoying for guests as they hear each other. So be aware of this. Everything else is very good. The staff. Very friendly. Room was large, bed was comfortable, though may be firmer for others, bathroom had all the amenities. Shower easy to use..Housekeeping was good. It is all about the friendiless if the front desk staff and doormen and bellhops.

That one could not place the suitcase on luggage rack if one had to hang one’s trousers in the open closet. Lack of towel hangers in bathroom. (But this seems to be so in most hotels). The bathrobes are too heavy for a hot climate. The plug to boil hot water is difficult to access .No paper to write on Annoying, but can be overlooked .

I like when you need help almost for anything if they know they will help . For example when I need help to add some extra baggage on my flight from Kuala Lumpur to Penang with Air Asia , I really don’t know how to contact them so I call the Operator of the Hotel to connect me to Air Asia then Miss EANN is on duty that day and she asked me whether I need any help ? Of course I say Yes , since I am not good on computer how to go about to add that extra baggage then she manage to help me to solve all my problem and did it all with patient and smile always . Miss EANN really impressed me very much . She is the best hotel employee I have ever met .

It’s looks like a new Hotel and everything was in excellent shape. Hotel was very clean and our room was quite and very comfortable. We only ate breakfast in the hotel. For vegetarians like us, we had plenty of choices. The staffs there even made sure that we get south India Dosa and Iddly. Checkin and Checkout were quick

I am sure that plenty of people would like the welcome juice given. My suggestion is to offer water and pure juice ( not the juice with sugar that we appeared to have received). I didn’t reduce the rating, but given here for management to consider

The staff are exceptional and are so welcoming and made our stay extra special. We were greeted by Faizal who checked us in early which were extremely grateful for. The breakfast is phenomenal and a special mention goes to Nissa and the chef (sorry didn’t catch the name) who provided exceptional service. I would happily stay here again.

it was very clean and the room was beautifully furnished – everything i had hoped for a luxurious weekend staycation. the room was absolutely gorgeous, lovely bathroom and i especially enjoyed the rounded couch and coffee table where we could have our takeaway.

the hotel breakfast was quite underwhelming. though there was a good variety most of the food was stale or didn't taste good. restaurant staff were also friendly yet inattentive, forgetting our requests

New, spacious room, v clean and comfortable, good value for money. gorgeous bathroom. Bidet available. Lovely staff who were friendly and ready to help.

one of our rooms had a lingering odour but the staff quickly helped us to change room. we were also alerted the night before on the hotel’s plan to test fire alarm the next morning. didn’t expect it to take so long so it affected our rest. could have been done at after noon when most are either away or already awake.
