I find that the hotel is basically easy to find, and the rooms are adequate. The owner is very friendly and attentive. The room I had had a little problem, so I told the owner and he switched me to a larger new room without any additional cost. Additionally, the hotel has candy available at the reception desk, which my kids really liked. On the day to the airport, because I had an early flight and couldn't book a Grab, the owner booked one for me. I am very satisfied with this hotel. If anyone goes to Kuala Lumpur, you should book a room here. I highly recommend it.

This hotel got better environment then last year I'm check in so dull & dark. The room & AC so good. This time got Cafe for breakfast & lunch.

I'm facing no water at all at midnight when want to take shower. But the staff very quick respond solve the water pressure problem. WiFi quite slow.

I love everything about the hotel. I had my peaceful sleep there with my family, the room quite big for 5 people, the toilet clean and the bed sheet too. I will come back for sure!

The parking quite small and limit as the hotel near the shops but still comfortable for big car to park. Maybe the front hotel a bit messed with the little construction but still can't change the fact the comfort that I had when staying there. Thank you!

Atmosphere is good. Quiet, clean and friendly staff. The hallway is perfect for quick selfie. Perfect place for private peace and quiet.

What i didn't like is the bed. It springs up too much to my liking to the point i wake up most of the time every time my friend turn around in her sleep.

Service about collect garbage a little bit worst..stay for 2night,ask for twice to collect garbage,1st request at morning,no one come to collect,and need to request again 2nd time at evening

Very responsive, morning feedback bathroom heater spoiled, night time went back and found already installed new one. (Thank you 😊) Big room enough for 5-6 people. Great location, a lot of restaurants, and a variety of foods. Parking lot is available. Top recommendation for family vacations with a budget.

The location was very strategic. Near with many places such as ikea, 15minutes to KLCC. Many restaurants near with the hotel. The hotel also have good decorations and interior was very comfortable. It was a good experience to stay at the hotel.

Access to lrt station, easy to go, so many restaurants around,staff very alert to solve problem, n very kindly, always smile.

Hope the waterfall deco put some light up. Also can't wait the secret garden finished at the roof top. Please provide mineral/osmosis bottle in the room.
