1°) Excellent location : Hang Tuah LRT and Monorail, Lalaport shopping mall just beside, Pudu district 2°) New building, good glasses so no excessive noise, which is quite rare for such a view in city center. 3°) Kitchen, hot water, air con, Netflix : convenient appartment for 2 (or family one single bedroom with 2 beds) 4°) Easy self check in and check out

1°) Micro wave in the kitchen would be a good feature 2°) Excessive security, multiple card controls everywhere ; if you have visitor, he cannot go out alone, you have to get with for card controlled exit. Safety is good but not excessive. 3°) Customer service : the watsap connection has multiple customer service people. Some are "customer oriented" such as Alvin. Others could be more rude. This goes with strange written rules (penalty for dishes not cleaned !). I suggest the owner to be more customer friendly.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, well equipped for our needs. In a great location, connected to Lalaport shopping mall with an MRT stop and only a 15 minute walk from Berjaya Time Square, central to all the major tourist attractions. There are so many dining options close by that we were spoilt for choice. Communication with the property was so easy via WhatsApp and the security staff were friendly and professional. We really enjoyed our stay.

As a person with a soft bed preference I found the bed very firm. Otherwise we were very happy with everything.

My suggestions is need for some coffee or tea in your apartment

- Location is great: the Lalaport mall is directly next to the residence and has a connection from the building to the mall - Sky Pool with fantastic view - clean apartment with comfy beds - host was very kind and even bought a baby chair for us, because we were traveling with 2 kids

- the security at the entrance is not very friendly. When we wanted to check in they did not want to let us in to meet our host (who was waiting at the lobby), because we did not have a QR code (we did not have internet, it was sent to us while we were traveling). So for international travelers who don’t have internet unless there is WiFi this is an issue. Could be solved by sending the needed info a day in advance.

Full facilities inclusive of kitchen and washing machine made it feel very complete. The cleanliness and general condition of the rooms and furniture were excellent. Toilet facility was very clean. Overall better condition than all hotels around the area.

The smell coming from the washing machine drainage area filled the whole living room from time to time and we had to spray air freshener to keep the room from smelling too much. I think there is an issue with all the rooms it seems might have to get the facility management to take a look at it.

This is my 1st experience with apartments as for almost 15 years i always stay in hotels what I can say is that this apartment really exceeded my expectations and it was one of my best stays abroad 1- the apartment is spotless clean with a perfect size for family of 4 exactly as the pictures with all needed amenities ( towels , washing machine , stove , oven ..etc) 2- security level is very high which was really convenient to me and my family to feel safe with key card that open all needed doors ( elevator , access to building , access to park ..ETC) 3- communication was very convenient and easy over whatsapp with a very responsive staff and very clear instructions to checking and out 4- location is perfect 10 -15 min walk to bukit bintang ( main shopping street ) there is also a very good mall within 5 min walk ( Lalaport) - using grab to near by area cost few RM and plenty of local transportation options near by ( U r in the heart of KL ) 5- The building itself where the apartment is located is new and well designed with a breath taking view swimming pool at floor 35 to another swimming pool at G floor - billiard pool and gym also there exactly like the pictures 6- Wifi is super fast and the TV was big with netflix In summary, I would certainly recommend this apartment for any one going to KL and will book again if I traveled to KL

A mirror in the living room is needed and may be extra key card

apartment size/ kitchen/ tv and facilities like pool and garden the security is very good you will feel safe (some people they said too much but for me is advantage ) near to time squire 10 min by walking and 1 min to lalabort mall i recommend it for arab

in first three days there is smell specially when you came from outside for cleaning you have to do by your self i stay 2 weeks no one came to clean(they written 1 time per week) the advantages is more away than the disadvantage so defiantly i recommend it specially for families

We loved the infinity pool, the view from the top is stunning! The building in general is modern, clean and we felt extremely safe. Location was also a big bonus and it was very easy to get everywhere from our location. The shower/bathroom was good and the air-con and WIFI were very reliable. We would definitely stay here again and with some small tweaks it would be 10/10. The close proximity to the mall was also extremely beneficial.

The bedroom was quite bare and would benefit from having side tables and another mirror somewhere else other than the bathroom. We felt the kitchen was under equipped and could do with more cooking equipment and utensils. Would also benefit from having a microwave as there is available space for it.

everything was great only some minor issues A mirror in the living room would be great as only one in the toilet and with family of 4 it is tricky to use the mirror a 2nd access card would also be a good addition

The communication before we arrived was excellent. Make sure you have QR code before you arrive, so you can get through the security. Pool on the roof top had amazing view of the city, another pool and kids playground made our life easier, good facilities in the room. Easy to order grab and get around.

Make sure you get a second room key straight away, if you are more than 1 person. You will have to pay a deposit in cash.
