Excellent buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar, business centre, free newspapers, clean room, excellent for handicapped person, excellent air condition and extra cold refrigerator. AC was on when we arrived 19C!, couch, lounge chair, tall extra large bed great for handicap person. Very quiet. I only saw or heard children in the swimming pool. OK.

The hotel is definitely well and strategically located. Walking distance to the LINC KL where you could find some good restaurants and Bens Independent Grocer. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Ample car park and complimentary when you check out. As you enter the lobby, your nose will immediately pick up the smell of lemon grass in the air. Calming effect for me. And also known to keep away the mosquitoes. The staffs, including the security guards, are warm, friendly and very helpful. Nini, helped me with the check-in and DM Nelly upon check-out. The room, bathroom and kitchenette are clean and well maintained. The blackout curtains made the room totally pitch dark for a great sleeping experience. The strong water pressure and nice hot water made showering great.

The check-in & check-out were seamless, and the reception was great and helpful. Took the pool view which was very nice especially at night, overlooking the tall buildings and many lights. Parking was easy too, near to the lift up to the hotel. A very suburban resort-like feel in the middle of the city. Good for chilling and working

Nothing I could recall or maybe exterior maintenance (paint job maybe) a little but really, not something I'd fuss about since post covid, we understand the situation. The room, room service and experience got me happy to stay here again

Ease of check in. Experience made better by the desk manager Nini at the time of check in - who took the initiative to suggest a quieter room for my wife and I (thanks).

Room fittings and fixtures are looking a little dated but nothing fatal here. Pool area seems to double as a smoking area for other guests. This is normally not a problem for me and perhaps it was just unfortunate timing that there were an inordinate number of smokers congregating pool side when I was there.

compared to hotels of similar and higher prices, the rooms were bigger in size, there is a kitchen, good breakfast and a nice bathroom. I stayed in the hotel 3 times so far and i plan to book again in the future if i ever need to go to KL again! the staff are nice and give leeway for requests, such as extending checkout time by 2 hours.

the bathroom towels dont smell good, it isn't bad but that can be improved

The room was not sound proof. we could here the next door guests chatting & giggling. Also we could here the sound of foot steps from the above floor guests. The glass window is not tinted therefore all guests can see each other throughout the glasses unless we cover with the sheer curtains.

I loved the big room and the kitchen. It was one of the most comfortable hotels that I've ever stayed in. There was everything that a visitor might need. I loved that I could sit on a sofa and watch tv or sit in a really comfortable armchair and read or just lie in a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was great, the shower terrific. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location was great too. We have been staying in hotels for the last 4 weeks. Micasa was without doubt the best.

The staff were polite, courteous, and attentive to my needs. The hotel is a hidden gem in the middle of the busy city that makes it a sweet escape from the outside noise. It was a calm and relaxing experience. The buffet breakfast was slightly above average, and catered to my taste buds well. The other thing I like is the free parking I get with no time limit to exit the building after validating your ticket. In terms of the room, I must say that it's one of the cleanest I've stayed in and very spacious considering that I was travelling alone.

The swimming pool is a little too small for comfort. It is more for having a casual dip and relaxation. The workaround is to go in when it is least crowded during non-peak times.

The room is comfy from the bed to the ambience. Pool was also not bad. The staff who assist me during the check in was so polite and helpful. Since this was my first time there, she upgraded my room to face the pool. She also gave me late checkout until 2pm. Thanks so much to Nelly for making my day.

1. We have to use stairs to carry all our bags to the Lobby because there's no elevator for guest. Someone should have advise us earlier to seek help from the parking attendant to use the staff elevator. 2. It would be great if there's a vending machine at the Lobby since there are no groceries shop nearby.

Not related to the hotel but to Booking: this is 3 star hotel and not a 5 star as mentioned on Booking! Cleaning needs improvement: toilet paper holders were dirty and there was a strange brown stain on the light switch and wall towards the bathroom.
