The room is huge, same for the bed and very comfy. Location is great, nice view, close to many restaurants, shops and the metro. Check in and out very easy, host was friendly and communicative.

The fridge wasn't cooling enough, can be updated. Cleaning was hasty, could have been better. Also, I would have appreciated some soap and a towel for hands, not just for showering.

Loved the location few mins from Dang Wangi stop and a few minutes more to the monorail. But walking distance to many sights, shops, bars and Malls. Laundry on the ground floor was handy and cheap, plus bar at opposite has happy hour! A great fish head curry shop around the corner and an old Malaysian restaurant 20m to left was great, always with a queue! Very big clean room ( was cleaned with new towels during our stay), with a good view and the swimming pool on the roof had even better views. We loved sitting with a drink just looking out at night. We would stay again.

You pick the key up ( key card) from a post box with number lock and drop back off here. You walk past the smelly bins to get to and it is difficult to open and lock. No gym as advertised says being refurbished but that was Oct 23 and to be honest looking through the door looks like it has not been a gym for years. Pool was great but in need of a refurb. Closes at 19.30 as an odd set up with a bar/ nightclub using at night so no late swimming with the great view of the Petronas towers and KL tower. Four wooden chairs but no sunbeds, these would be a great addition. Fridge in room is tiny, a bigger fridge would be a great addition, the room is massive and could have an actual kitchen in. But no cutlery, plates, microwave etc.

The location is great and right at the heart of the city. It is close to the LRT and shopping malls of Bukit Bintang and KLCC area. The rooms are huge with decent amenities. I appreciate that the appliances like the iron and hair dryer worked. The staff at ground floor was helpful and the WhatsApp communication was clear.

Some maintenance issues like light bulb spoilt in the toilet. I didn't have time to request for a change as I was out with a full itinerary. As the other reviewers have shared, there's no room cleaning service and no coffee pods for a coffee machine.

We have stayed at this hotel before its rebranding. Our last visit was during the Covid lockdown in 2020, if we remember correctly. The hotel is quite nice and enjoys a central location, but it also has a somewhat eerie atmosphere. During our stay back then, and similarly this time, we didn't encounter a single person; the entire experience from check-in to check-out was self-service. Communication is conducted via WhatsApp, which is convenient in its own way. For those planning an extended stay, there's a self-service laundry close to the hotel, making it easy to get your clothes cleaned. Additionally, there's a good selection of dining options nearby, all within walking distance, adding convenience to your stay.

Some might appreciate this aspect, but as mentioned, we find the place a bit too silent for our liking. Ideally, we'd prefer some human interaction during check-in and check-out at a hotel. However, this isn't necessarily a downside. If you value privacy, this hotel will likely appeal to you.

I love everything. Good location, close to so many restaurants. Around 20 mins walk to KLCC. I also love that they have a desk as I am working remotely, it was very comfortable for me. The room was very spacious. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was also big, it even had two sinks. I had a good experience staying here and will stay here again when I go back to KL.

Situated in good location. Small balcony with a view to the town. Very big room. Interesting design. Smooth distance Chech-in. Quick response. Good communication!

Cleanliness.... seems in Malaysia there are bit different standarts. It is not worse, than in all other 3/4 stars rated hotels, I booked during my trip in Malaysia, but it is well below EU standards. Towels, bad linen are washed, but still not white with some stains. There is nespresso coffee machine in the room but not the single capsule provided. Bathroom need renovation.

Location - strategic, walking distance to LRT Dang Wangi Station and Medan Tunku Monorail Station. Nice night view (from the room) to KL Tower and KLCC during the year end count down. Facility - hotel facilities (carpet corridor, 4 star room facilities) but homestay concept. Worth for value. Looking forward the new Skybar bistro at the top 25th floor opening in my next visit. Food - nice food such as the famous Rise & Shine Tapestry, Yut Kee restaurant, etc all are surrounded.

Parking in front and the backyard of the hotel is limited.

This was a very interesting stay, kind of quirky it’s own way. The bed was great, the room smelled like 1000 cigarettes and I got stuck in the lift😆. I would say the stay was in line with the price and I would not discount the possibility of another stay if I find myself back in KL.

Nothing really. I think was fair for the price paid

I stayed at Red back in 2019 when it was a hotel. It is now like an apartment which is located in the centre of KL surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The room is spacious with a desk space which is great. The bathroom could of been a bit cleaner but it was okay. The staff were super helpful and answered all my queries promptly and communicated throughout my time. See you on my next visit.
