What I liked: The location, so close to everything like Chinatown, Central Market etc etc. The Malay girl with the glasses who works in the reception in the morning was really kind and helpful. The price was great as well. It's a very good value and rare to find in KL to be honest.

There were some yellow stains on the sheets I found on the first day which was quite disturbing and I still feel disgusted till now. However, once I told the girl in the reception she made sure they were changed.

The room was very clean and had a window, something uncommon in Kuala Lumpur for this price, and we had views of the Petronas Towers! The room was cleaned daily, and the sheets and towels were changed several times during our stay. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Good location, about a 10-15 minute walk from the subway, and most tourist attractions are within walking distance.

- The location is very central. I literally walked to Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor (street food), the Twin Towers, the Merdeka Tower, Petaling Street, and many more. - The receptionists are very helpful and active. If not on an academics-related trip that would require me to be closer to universities, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Very near to the metro station, Chinatown, Central Market. Quiet area. Staff were very helpful.

Cleaning issues. It’s time to renovate bed sheets and pillowcases, they have a lot of stains. Even old blood stain i found in my bed. Everything else looks acceptable for the price.

The staff are very nice and helpful and have a good location, the room is small but comfortable and cleaned every day. I will stay at this hotel if I have a chance comeback Kuala Lumpur.

The smell of gasoline or insecticide in the hallway, the toilet also has an unpleasant smell and the pillow is very hard like stone, there is no refrigerator and wardrobe. Should clean the outside windows class.

Strategic location and the facilities are ok not to say too good... Acceptable

In booking should add the nett price includes tax ... I personally it's a scam because the nett price difference than we booked when check in the price change to different with tax .. should add the price together... Feel disappointed ☹️

Room is okay for two people. A strategic area, close to the city center.

The sheets are a bit dirty. There are spots and stains, the receptionist is not friendly at all. And car parking is very difficult in the area.

The rooms meet our expectations, And kept cleaned at all time before check in'. Value to stay and nearer to my location. Very quiet stay compare those at the main street

It is very quiet during my stay here. I really had a good sleep. I stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping everyday without asking. I loved staying here. Wifi also strong.

Cafe/Restaurant still not operating so we had to walk out to find food which is time consuming.

This is a very good hotel for the price its located very near China Town and not too far from the city centre. The staff are so so helpful and engaging after over two months of travel this hotel is up there im going back to KL next week only for one night and will not hesitate to try and stay at the signature again
