We had a wonderful time at Platinum 2. The hosts were incredibly knowledgeable about the area and provided us with great recommendations for local attractions and dining. The homestay itself was full of character and gave us a true taste of local life. The room was clean and well-maintained. This homestay offers a unique and authentic experience that you won’t get from a standard hotel. If you want to dive into the local culture, this is the place to stay❤️

All you need is a Malaysian SIM card or a data plan for Malaysia, WhatsApp, Line, or equivalent, and everything becomes simple... All the information you need for arrival at the hotel, comments, and photos to guide you, down to the smallest details, right up to the lobby and the collection of your apartment's magnetic cards, which allow you to access all the hotel's services. And very importantly, don't forget the 500 Myr deposit, in cash or by credit card, to be given in the lobby. Very responsive communication with Alma via WhatsApp. In my case, a young man, speaking good English, responds immediately to your requests. If you need anything, he answers and shows up within 5 minutes. Your towels are soaked because you used them at the pool, he changes them for you. I can't tell you about breakfast because we had it in our simply superb 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on the 49th floor, with a superb view of the city and a small view of the Petronas Towers to the right. Quiet and very fast elevators. Very good gym on 50A. And finally, on the 51st floor, the highlight of the show: the large L-shaped rooftop pool, on the left, offering a magnificent view of the Petronas Towers and on the right, the KL Tower and Merdeka Tower (or KL 118), a pure visual marvel, especially at night. The only downside is the crowds around and in the pool... the best time is during the hottest hours, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., as most are visiting or don't like the heat and sun, otherwise it's a real crush. I would especially like to thank Alma, who deserves 6 stars, but I can only give 5, and I recommend her for her kindness, promptness and dedication.

Too many people at the swimming pool, but that's normal, everyone wants to take a picture with this extraordinary view of the different Towers and the city.

The location and the room. A very spacious, chic and clean room. Our second stay at Platinum 2 but with a different host. The host was very helpful by giving detailed instructions on checking in and out.

a. Getting the lift was a slight challenge. b. The parking and traffic at the lobby entrance while checking in and out. c. There was only one staff at the reception during checking in which resulted the long waiting queue. I was told that there was a meeting, hence leaving only one staff at the counter. Logically that shouldn't have happened as the Management should be aware of the weekend crowd during checking in.

Great apartment in the heart of Kuala Lumpur! Very clean, well-equipped, and with an amazing city view. The highlight was definitely the infinity pool overlooking the Petronas Towers – absolutely stunning, especially at night. The location is perfect – close to major attractions, public transport, and great restaurants. The gym in the building was also a big plus – modern, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for a quick workout. Communication with the host was excellent from the start: quick responses, clear instructions, and a very friendly and helpful approach. Check-in was smooth and everything went just as described. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Loved the view and the spaciousness of the apartment on the 41st floor. We had a 2-bedroom suite that was fully equipped to our convenience. The swimming pool has stunning views over the city. Good communication with the host. We needed fresh towels and they were replaced immediately.

Sometimes there were long waiting time at the lifts, also the lift stops frequently at several floors before getting to your own level. You only get one bath towel per person, would have liked a small towel for my hair. We experienced some noise pollution from the club in the adjacent building on the day before and on New Years Eve.

We had a fantastic experience) The apartment was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with an absolutely breathtaking view of the city skyline — especially the Petronas Towers! Everything we needed was provided, and the hosts were incredibly responsive. Any question or request we had was taken care of immediately and with genuine hospitality. The check-in process was smooth, and the location is perfect — close to everything but quiet and relaxing at the same time. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting KL. We’ll definitely be back!

I had an amazing stay at this serviced apartment! The size was impressive—plenty of room to relax and unwind. The decor was modern and stylish, making it feel very inviting. Located right in the city center, I could easily walk to popular tourist attractions. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to prepare meals when I wanted to. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, providing great local tips. My only suggestion would be to improve the Wi-Fi speed, as it was a bit slow at times. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to explore the city comfortably!

Really smart, modern, spacious apartment with fantastic views of KL. Loads of space and two bathrooms, our apartment overlooked the KL tower with great views both inside and on the balcony. Infinity pool on 51st floor was brilliant, fantastic views of the Petronas Towers and the city. Great value for money and very central location to get to all the major sights. The washer/ dryer with powder provided was a helpful bonus.

Staff on the front desk could have been friendlier & more helpful. We arrived late and my partner was ill, but they didn't bother to explain how to get to our apartment (there are 'A' floors as well as regular floor numbers and multiple towers, so more confusing than you might expect.) Also, we were sent a lot of Whatsapp messages about the 'rules' of the apartment and the fines if these were broken, which didn't feel necessary.

The property is in a prime location, just a 15-minute walk to the Petronas Twin Towers. Additionally, there's a metro station right across from the property for easy access to further destinations. The infinity pool offers stunning views of both the Petronas Twin Towers and the KL Tower. The front desk service was excellent; they stored our luggage for us, and when we checked in, it was already waiting in our room. Additionally, at checkout, we didn't need to bring our luggage down since we were heading out for a while before going to the airport. We simply messaged them 30 minutes before returning to the hotel, and they promptly provided our luggage.

We had reserved a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, but unfortunately, one of the bathrooms began leaking from the ceiling and became unusable. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal could be stronger, and it would have been helpful to have access to cold water from the apartment's water dispenser, especially given the extreme heat in KL.
