Location was great with ample parking area. Pool is great and not too deep. Suitable for kids. Room was clean.
Too noisy with open karaoke until 11pm. Really uncomfortable. Pillow too thick, not comfortable too sleep. Need to use 2 pillow, but each bed only provide with 1 pillow. Restaurant also still closed.

Large space , lots of activities to do for free, lots of Aircon in the suite, lots of bottled water and shampoo and towels provided

Swimming pool with bucket of water like the waterpark. Suitable for family with kids. Love the serenity of nature.
Heroes cafe only open on weekend and not many available foods yet since they just operate the cafe.

The ambient really great. Clean room and comfortable stay with my family. Toilet comes with water heater and water pump too. Excellent stays overall.

The property is new and clean. Also come with a small swimming pool, suitable for young children.
For those travel with elderly, suggest to check the room type without staircase. Room is relative small.

The resort white cottage is good for family.
As we have 9 of us, if can have 3 bathrooms instead of 2 would be more perfect.

I only see one staff member. They always hide in the laundry room. Nobody at the counter.

the facilities there were perfect for family staycation, karaoke works well, nice swimming pool, many car park and the tourist attractions are just nearby.
the towels and bed sheet got some stains, towel smells bad and greyish colour, looks like it has been used for quite long. pls improve on the cleanliness of it

Chalet A with balcony was good. It has views to the hill.
Puddles of water on steel stair landing could be cleared for safety access.
