The room was clean..the bed so comfy to sleep.All the satff was so nice.the hospitality was so great..will come again..very recommend for all who come to kuantan that want to find a place to stay..

Cleanliness and location. Very friendly staff and attended to our requests immediately. Water pressure was excellent. Coway water dispenser and ironing facilities provided at the corridor near the lift area. Very charming deco at the reception counter. Pantry facilities provided on the ground floor for guests who wish to take breakfast. Can order simple breakfast the day before for only RM 10.

Room size was quite small. Some facilities not available.... no fridge and safe deposit box. The shampoo and shower cream supplied in a bottle quite diluted. No disposable toothbrush, comb or shower cap. No dressing table or mirror. TV reception was poor.

Newly renovated hotel (but not everything is renovated like the floor and sink in the bathroom, doors and the elevator) Rooms are reasonable big and the beds are comfortable. Water cooker, television and good working AC. At walking distance from the city centre.

At check in I was asked to pay two extra taxes... 3 Ringgit per night as a local tax and 10 Ringgit per night as a government tax for foreigners I think Booking.com is giving this information by now...so no more surprises...but it is still not tourist friendly!! There was some miscommunication about the cleaning of the room. If you say nothing they will NOT clean the room, so you have to tell the reception that you want your room cleaned. Breakfast, if not incl, can be ordered for 10 MYR. There is room for improvement...

1. The room interior is very nice. Simple yet attractive. Newly renovated. Refreshing environment. 2. Not really spacious, but comfy enough to pray inside the room. 3. Location is very strategic. 4. Got water dispenser at each floor. Very convenient.

1. Parking very limited. But not that hard to find a spot. Or maybe we are quite lucky to always manage to find one? 😅 2. Toilets arrangement quite cramped.

Strategic location closes to Masjid Sultan Ahmad Shah 1, near cafes & in the middle of town. The room is small but comfortable for 1-2 night stay. It has water dispenser (hot & cold) & iron board at the hall. Water heater is working. It has some tv channels to watch. Airconditional is cold. Mugs & jug are in the room. Big & smell good shampoo & soap.

Should have small refrigerator

1 of my best stay in Kuantan so far. Room is big, clean, comfy n inviting. Mattress n pillow is tempting. also provide cushion which for me is AA+. Have elevator. Hotel location is fair in term of food option, access n distance to other attraction place (with car/motorcycle/taxi). The WIFI is not great but good, can watch netflix smoothly but can't even d/load my cinenet homepage. can even have a GM n Webex there

limited parking space. staying during school holidays or festive seasons would be challenging.

The room is spacious and clean. There is water dispenser on every floor, which is very convenient. The staffs are friendly.

There are parking provided under the hotel building. However it can be quite difficult to adjust your car to enter the parking as the hotel is located right next to a busy road (limited space) - especially for bigger cars.

Spacious room for two with affordable price. Great location in Kuantan city. TV is okay. Toilet is clean and heater works well. Bedroom is comfortable. Aircond in a good condition. Overall everything was okay! Recommended 👍
