Breakfast was great and a good variety. Rooms were very spacious and the bed was nice. The beach is a very nice place and the pools are great. The evening fire show was nice to watch. The staff in general was all very helpful and friendly.

The lack of parking ( why do we have to park outside in a unsecured place ) as it was vacation if you moved your car after 2 pm you would return to zero secured parking and have to stop outside. The Spa ( now running separately from the hotel ) has lost the plot again. Before my daughter and wife told go together all of a sudden they don’t allow kids. Outside showers have very poor water pressure / water. Ice cream sales very inconsistent when it comes to timing And that just made them loose money. In room dining has very little options and is VERY over priced. The steak served in the downstairs restaurant is really not a “good “ experience. It’s edible but by far not up to standard.

The beach is nearby, food is great, room is clean and comfy, and all staff are friendly and accomodating. Kiddie pool is knee-deep which is great for small kids. Adult pool is 1.5m deep which is quite deep for average asian adults and teens. Would be better if can lower the water level a bit. Breakfast is ok but can further improve, perhaps change the spread on alternate days. There was party and band until past midnight to welcome the new year. The fireshow and fireworks are awesome.

The only thing difficult is that the Blossom Chinese Food options cannot be ordered thru in-room service, and cannot order also thru phone. It is a hassle to go down the Blossom restaurant to order it physically for take away, and they cannot bring it up to the room (you have to wait there and pickup the food yourself). It would be easier to include the chinese food options for in-room service.

I loved the room. It was spacious and comfortable. The view was also good which was facing the swimming pool and beach. We requested for connecting rooms for at least 2 rooms and the hotel staffs accommodated to our request during a peak time which was something we really appreciate. I was lucky enough to be able to visit the spa and I enjoyed the massage.

The food were infested with flies which was not something that's expected from such a well known hotel and the staffs doesn't seem to do anything to get rid of those flies. I stayed there for 4D and 3N, the whole 4 days it was like that which made us be very reluctant to have our breakfast at the restaurant.

Apparently the rooms were renovated last year, and the room was wonderful! Comfortable bed, plenty of outlets (including USB ports), big screen TV, large bathroom, fridge, safe, iron/ironing board. The staff was helpful and friendly. The property is on the beach, but it is NOT private.

The breakfast was mediocre. One suggestion would be to simply cook scramble eggs 'in bulk', as some don't want to queue up for 10-15 minutes for an omelet to be prepared. Also, even though the beach is public, the property should take the time to develop the area around the beach if possible.

The rooms were perfect. No complaints, the pool and beach access was great. Kids enjoyed playing in the kids pool and the beach as well. It was reasonably clean and convenient. I visited the Spa at the resort and had a great experience there too ! The staffs were friendly and willing to help us sort out rooms.

The restaurant was over crowded with flies !! This is something that can never be accepted because I had kids with me and hygiene is something that's really important. We could hardly have our breakfast peacefully because of the flies. They were all over the restaurant and food ! This is something that's needed to be fixed. Besides these, it took a really long time for us to get our rooms ready for check-in.

The front reception were nice. Particularly the male young staff who assisted us with our luggage and proceed to do our checking in. We are thankful that we were given our rooms early since we drove 6plus hours with our aged parents. There is a senior male staff too whom without fail will greet and chat with us. Our compliments to the two exceptional staffs. (our rooms no 382,383) Views from room very spectacular. We caught the sunrise by the beach. Peaceful beach area. Swimming pools are good and clean. Though our rooms are facing it, no noise (just keep the balcony doors closed) Food wise there are a plenty outside the hotel. Breakfast buffet was pleasant and wide choices. Delicious nasi lemak's sambal.

Breakfast crowd when the occupancy was high can be challenging. We were both on high and low occupancy days so it was alright.

The property is conveniently situated in close proximity to my workplace. The aesthetically pleasing design and the presence of multiple swimming pools were greatly admired by my family. The family room was exceptionally impressive, featuring thoughtful design elements and individual rooms equipped with their own amenities.

On the second day of my stay, the electrical system in my room repeatedly malfunctioned, causing the power to trip. I promptly reported the issue to the hotel staff and requested a room change, which they subsequently provided.

It's a pleasure staying at this hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive; my room was spotless and well-maintained. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. Nice location, hotel with pool,comfortable kids room (the lady staff was so kind), private beach with so much activities and not to forget the breakfast was good too. Overall this hotel offers a perfect blend of great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and pristine accommodations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I can’t wait to return!

The room was recently renovated hence it looks fresh & clean. The hotel’s location is only 20mins drive away from Kuantan town & the beach facing rooms are a huge plus. We also enjoyed the pool & spa facilities offered by the hotel. The fire show during the weekend was a good initiative by the hotel too. Staffs were helpful & friendly & they have a 24hr reception desk and received us with a friendly smile despite us arriving at almost midnight.

The breakfast buffet had a decent spread but taste-wise it can be improved further. Also, more can be done in terms of crowd control during breakfast time, seems quite chaotic especially during peak hours & long public holiday.

Check-in was hassle free and we were quickly in our room. The room was, clean and with everything we needed and appeared reasonably new. Nice Balcony and reasonable view from the side of the hotel including partially the sea and beach. The hotel had a good beach front and well appointed pool with Sun shades and loungers with decent mattresses. It appeared to cater seminars and company meeting as well as for parties of all-inclusive international guests who stayed a few days before departing by coach presumably as part of a tour.

The corridor was not carpeted and any sounds made echoed quite loudly along the length and consequently could be heard inside the room.
