I like that the apartment had both a washer and a dryer. Housekeeping came by everyday. Secure with key card access at front door, elevator and apartment door. There was a free basic buffet breakfast everyday, coffee was very good. Enjoyed the main dish that changed everyday that we were there. Wifi was good. Free parking. There is a convenience store on the ground floor and the ice-cream station across the road was so good.

Water pressure was a hit and miss. When it rains heavily, be careful of the windows as the seal does not work properly as we found out on our very last night of stay. As it is close to two hospitals, ambulance sirens are the external sounds you will have to contend with at all times.

Rooms had everything you need, reception staff polite and efficient. I requested a quieter room to stay in because walls are quite thin, but the suite was only available on my last day. They still upgraded me for a day and it was fantastic. However, the small room is still very much good enough and bathroom has quite a good amount of space 👍🏼 water is provided, and you can just take Grab everywhere.

The walls are really quite thin so if i wanted a nap I might hear the cleaning or other people etc. Maybe get a corner room if you're a light sleeper!

I love the room, spacious, clean and comfortable. The pillow so soft and love it. Breakfast great, not too many foods but just nice for the price and tasteful It just location, I like it near to airport but surrounding area not eatery area as the cafe/restorant not many option and not really muslim friendly foods. u need to take a taxi to nearby places about 6-10minutes from the location to have good foods. Overall, i love it. My 2nd trip stayed here, and definately will come back later.

apt 604 is very spacious. You can go to anywhere in Kuching within 15 - 20 min. The place is somewhat middle to airport or Kuching city or other places. Provided you have a car. Aeon Mall is just 5min drive away. i would say that the Breakfast buffet is fair

The entrance is in between restaurant. The smell of cooking might stick to your clothes

Breakfast was good! The staff was helpful. The apartment was spacious. We had a washer and dryer which was a plus since we only stayed one night but had a lot of laundry to do. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were comfortable

The bathroom was a little smelly. It was a little far from the center but we just prepared to go to Bako so it was fine.

The toilet is big enough. Food stall at downstairs, no worry for eating at afternoon and morning.

Room is hot at night even had put a/c temperature to the min. Nearby hospital and school, can hear ambulance siren at night. Toilet light too dim in night.

Floor-specific accessed lift, digital door lock, hot shower, huge mirrors, wide vanity top, city view, easy to get grab, adequate plugs for charging, quite spacious room for this price

First day breakfast very salty.. main lobby door closed when i was back from event apprx. 1am, whole lobby was dark, had to use side door.. I didn't ask for room keeping but they came in anyway, but luckily didn't loss any item.. bathroom door cant close tight, can see through, no privacy

Strategic location many foodcourt nearby.close to shopping mall.i stayed on the 4th floor,the room is clean.beautiful view from hotel room 0404.soft pillows,cold aircond,hot water are satisfied.will stay at this hotel again in the future!

The room is spacious, maybe the hotel can provide another extra pillow for extra comfort (as they only provide 2 head pillows only). The view (city) from my room was nice especially during night time.

The toilet is not secure as the door glass has no locks on it.
