Shower area floor can be cleaner. Pls scrub the floor better. Ensure to clean kettle before next guests check in. Need more lighting at lobby. Deco is old school, maybe can add modern touch. Lobby Floor is dusty.

Spacious Rooms. I like the hotel is 10 mins drive to Legoland. Beds are comfortable. Clean room. Swimming Pool was great. There was baby pool for toddler also. My kids enjoyed the pool Location walking distance to Marrybrown & Indian restaurant. Additional bed was also available when requested. Room price was reasonable.

WiFi was very bad as we are at 13th floor. WiFi was great at the reception area. One of our room did not have towels and when requested we only got it in the morning because the room service was not 24 hours. After 8pm there was no room service.

Value for money. Hotel spacious and very very clean. Walking distance to restaurant. Safe parking. Excellent service from Bellboy. I heard his from Bangladesh. His so friendly and helpful.

On the day of my check in (around 8pm), the receptionist not really helpful and not friendly. They seems more interested to talk to each other rather than the hotel guest. Ask me to carry my own luggage (many bags) using the hotel trolley. She said no staff could assist me. Later I find out, the hotel can assist guest with luggage and the receptionist don't event try to ask if any of the staffs members available to assist me.

They have a refrigerator, a good system air-conditioner, an iron for cloth, closet cabinet, good mattress because I take a triple suite room so i think the mattress is good. They used slumberland and reztec brand. They also have a swimming pool. Staff is also an attentive and helpful in my part. One thing is the room is BIG. Like BIG.

So far so good. I've been using the room here many times already like 4 to 5 times.

Near distance to Legoland , Breakfast was nice , Staff wasn't plenty but functional .

Traffic during peak hour , The layout of the room can be improvised since the direction of the aircond blows not towards the beds and it can be quite warm while sleeping.

We booked for a family room. The room is spacious and comfort . Easy to perform prayer 😀. The bathroom is clean. The facilities is superb. Check in and check out also handled well. Just our room carpet n walkway in hotel have stains. The management has to do something about it.

the breakfast ok, doesnt have many menu but still good ..the location in crowded n jammed area..

Location is nearby shops. Parking is sufficient. Toilet is comfortable and cleansed 4/5.

Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Found a cndm wrapping underneath the bed.

Room so spacious compare to price....so comfortable....only surrounding area not so attractive...but overall nice to stay

The toilet glass door....there is a gap that you can peep inside...and leakage on the ceiling
