Parking is not enough for the hotel guests.

breakfast not so good some more some are salty.first staff at the restaurant, bump into my chair and not apologise at all.second staff at the restaurant accidentally fall the spoon and fork into my hand and then also not apologise. very weird attitude . i hope you can improve the services.

The hotel is good and the front office is very good and excellent.. Bravo to them

Dear manager, I'm really disappointed with you.. been a few times and my favourite place to come here.. but you did a new policy which is not beneficial to your loyal customer.. sorry I might be harsh but you still maintain your new policy, you might lose a lot of guests in future..

The spacious room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom,and all the amenities inside the room is complete. The swimming pool is big, no time limit. The buffet breakfast taste so good, enough buffet option to keep us full. 10minutes drive to teluk batik beach. Easy to find food. Foods and marts around the hotel.

Free parking at mart behind the hotel. However, quite hassle to go from lobby to the room especially for those with lots of luggage, babies, and older citizen. Need to use the lift to the third floor, then cross the bridge, then use the lift to the second floor. The swimming pool is quite slippery.

The customer service Infront - receptionist. Good attitude.

This is only for the improvement : Lift - need to have Tara cleaning - have smell. Not convenient Swimming pool - need to improve on the cleanliness. Consider average. Room - overall ok. But to improve on the dust & Tara cleanliness. Cup provided for tea - Ada sumpit2 kat cawan not nice. So please change. This comment for better improvements for the management. Hope take it positively.

The superior room was really spacious for 2 adults & 2 kids. The staffs were friendly & helpful. The room & toilet were clean. The pools were really big.

I booked two rooms. The superior was exceptionally great meanwhile the other room got water leaking. Couldn't understand why they didn't checked first before giving the room to guests.

Please repair your sauna room. Bathroom bit smelly when we opened the door for the first time.

During breakfast, there is an outside area. People smoking during breakfast time at the cafe is the thing i hate the most. Looks like you are having breakfast at street cafe but not in the hotel cafe.

its one of my kids’ best childhood memories. we did stay here before covid. n we still love the place. i hope the room will be more clean and the wood on the pool deck will be replaced asap.

the floor of my room was dusty with hair and plastic wrap from the previous guest. a big turn off but we manage to look past that and we did have fun nonetheless.

The swimming pool is one of the best so far in the Manjung area! The bed is comfortable and has a nice room deco. We are really enjoying our stay here.

Must do proper cleaning of the bathroom especially shower floor and wall and water tap handle. But it has a spacious bathroom, suitable for families who bring several kids.
