Everything is nice , comfortable and above expectations with the price i pay...the room is clean. Will definitely stay here again if i come to LUMUT... I love it..

bathroom have one issue..toilet seat need to change new because the stain looks dirty.Sink have leaking at the bottom so everything i wash will leak below.. especially if i wash something oily(food).....i stay at room 1112...but everything is not a big issue....will definitely come n stay here again...

Comfy mattress. Clean room. Spacious. We booked 2 kingsized bed. However the air cond in that room wasnt working so they bumped us up to 3 king sized bed for 5 of us! Air cond working perfectly. Water heater too. Tv is huge. But we came for bussiness so we spent like 10mins watching tv. Basic channels. But not a huge problem for us. Hot water dispenser is provided right outside the room. Im not sure where they put iron room is but i definitely going out with wrinkle on my shawl, which, im not fond of. Never go hungry because theres plenty of kedai makan here and there just a walking distance to this hotel. 7e is right beside this hotel. The only downsize is no elevator. Had to bring our big bag to third floor. I almost broke my knee cap. Would be lovely if they provided a lift. Not recommended for disable person or elderly. Will i come here again? Definitely. Need to install bionic kneecap first. Huhu. Then again. Thumbs up to the hotel.

The overall place is clean and the location is really close the the Marina Island and Pantai Teluk Batik. There are 99speedmart and 7eleven beside the hotel which is really convenient.

The light of room is no that bright and the socket is limited

clean, cheap, convenience, complete basic items, value for money. its suitable for ad-hoc booking. not suitable for elderly or any wheelchair person, if they can't provide you downstairs room.

don't have elevator, space quite cramp for 1 queen & 1 single bed room.

Bed. Comfortable with warm blanket Hot shower working properly Nice location right next to 7e Lunch is next to this premise. So no worry on food and drinks. All are at walking distance

Hot water dispenser is not working Be ready to climb up the stairs.

Super clean room. I must say they have a super cleanest housekeeping.

Not soundproof & the room is kinda dark. But understandable for OYO standards.

Everything Is Just Okay. Got 7-Eleven Which Is Easier For Us To Get Some Stuff. Mamak Stall Also Near For Us To Get Some Drink Or Food. But The Parking Is Limited. Got To Park Nearby Main Road Or Infront Of Mamak Stall. Anyways It Still Good And Value For Money.

I personally liked the staff’s attitude at the counter , because she have good communication with customers and the way she serve the customer, very humble okay. The room also not bad, very clean and good. The location of the hotel also nearby 7e and speedmart which is customer can get any stuff or food easily. And not far from teluk batik and marina island, i very suggest to u guys to stay at this hotel because the price also cheap. That’s all from me thankyou

Everything was good for us .. no hidden charges from hotel like a few hotel .. it is just that u have to give deposit when u check in but no worries they will refund back when u check out .. got mamak, 7Eleven, grocery store, seafood & lunch restaurant nearby .. but the best part is we can hear azan subuh from the mosque .. definately going to be our fav budget hotel whenever we go to Teluk Batik again 😊

The hotel must repaint the wall in the room because the white paint in the room started to peeling .. it is not safe for baby or kids if they stay there .. please take action ASAP ! 🛑🛑🛑
