The hotel facilities were clean and tidy. Checking in was a breeze. The staff was friendly. They had a WhatsApp service to the ease of fault reporting. The hotel was strategically located at the heart of where all the tourist attractions were. It's a stone throw away from jonker street and a few minutes walk to the dataran shopping centre. Amenities in the area were convenient. Food around the area was easy to locate. The plus point is the room cleaning daily, was done with good effort.

Do take note that the hotel does not provide tooth brush and toothpaste. There is no lift. It didn't bother us since we are used to bringing our own toiletries and were able enough to carry our luggage.

We were a family of 5 and were looking for a stay together. Initially was a bit sceptical to take this but turned out to be good. This is an individual house just 3mins walk from their main hotel backdoor and fully maintained by the hotel. The house is very spacious with 4 bedrooms(all at 2nd floor, 3 proper, 1 attached toilet, 1 with bunker bed), hall, dining & kitchen with a private car park spacious for 2 cars. All the rrquired amenities were there, and toilets were clean. The surrounding area had food outlets (local food), and there is a mini market just across. The breakfast served at the main hotel and was decent with selected dishes and tasty. We all enjoyed the stay - good and comfortable.

Mainly for area of improvements. 1. A shower screen would have avoided water splash over the toilet area. 2. A hand shower would be great 3. For the master toilet, the clothes drying rods postion need to be changed as the towels cannot be hanged 4. Card or number lock entry would be great as you need to carry the bunch of keys always 5. The floors could have been mopped bit more cleanly as we noticed a bit of dirt and need to wash feet before going to bed (or ylshould have provided disposable slippers).

Big and comfortable rooms more than enough for the stay for a family of 5. Beds are very comfortable. The place is relatively clean. Breakfast is OK, nasi lemak is really delicious.

Not so near to the main hotel building, need to walk for about 3 to 5 mins. Toilets are very basic, lack of proper table top to place your toiletries and cosmetics for the ladies. The hot shower at the master bedroom is not working properly, it can be too hot and cold at times.

Great location, next to jonker street. Free parking behind the hotel. Friendly n helpful staffs to assist all from check in til check out next day. Unique design hotel suites. Included breakfast with many choices. Clean, spacious, comfortable n well equipped loft room for 4pax. Cozy beds. Clean washroom with rain shower. Highly recommended for all. Kudos to all for your hard work, keep it up.

Parking is secured. 4 lots locked behind gate compound. 2 lots surrounded by cone and they will shift your vechile when lots inside are available. You have to pass them your keys to do so. Rooms are clean, infact I waited a long while for them to cleanup the room prior to check in and saw them cleaning the room next to me, yes they mop the floor. Amenities are all there, toothbrush, paste, towels, water, coffee, boiler, smart tv and 2 big beds. Service is exceptional. All of them, from reception to cleaner to cooks, all of them smiles, friendly and did their best to assist you with your queries. Breakfast variety isnt alot but its good enough, porridge, nasi lemak, beehoon, pasta, bread, egg, cake, hotdogs, redang chicken etc. Location is perfect, jonker is basically next to it, near to crowd yet not noisy. Its a boutique hotel, the history, the design, the people, the space and comfort. I will choose this hotel again if i visit melaka.

They own 2 building and only 1 has reception. There is no fridge in room but not major issue. There are mosquito in room, got bitten once or twice but they do provide electrical repellant. No lift and tight small steps for stairs but hey these are all original structures of these houses. If you can appreciate the beauty of the house, a ll the above arent a problem to me

The building is gorgeous and newly renovated. It's steps away from Jonker street and is one of the beautiful Malacca heritage houses. Close to all the happening spots. Staff is lovely, breakfast was great, its served in the sister hotel Heeren Palms so we got to enjoy two properties. The house keeping fellow was impressive. He did a fabulous job.I would return happily again. Don't have enough leave this year... 😭

Every thing was fab.

The hotel is within 5minutes of Jonker Street. The rooms were clean. loved the mini buffet breakfast provided. The staff are very attentive and are quick to help. Initially we struggled with the stairs within the room as we found it quite steep but we got used to it. The staff were very helpful and carried our luggage up the stairs to our room.

the wifi was not working in our room. we were in 202 and for some reason the signal was weak. staff could not fix the problem for us during the stay.

Great location in the historic centre of Melaka. The breakfast was excellent with lots of local food cooked freshly for you. Staff were delightful, friendly and helpful.

The room was dark as the only windows opened on to the internal atrium. The water heater had to be put on a few minutes beforehand and that was easy to forget as you were about to go for a shower

EVERYTHING!!!! :) One of the best hotels I have ever been to in my life! I was very sorry to leave... Staff, room, cleanliness, location... Cannot fault anything

If I really want to be picky, maybe more choice food-wise at breakfast - but that really didn't disrupt my stay overall, so apart from that... Keep up the good work! :)

We love the charming n unique look of this Peranakan building. Thank you for restoring and preserving this heritage building. We also like that it is centrally located and so near to fro everywhere, Jonker Street is a short walk away, good restaurants along the street just few doors away from hotel, we had delicious nyonya meal at Kocik Heritage. Hotel room is spacey with a loft. Great choice when you travel with a teenager :). Also love the high ceiling and wooden windows.

It can get a bit noisy from the street below and can hear people talking next door but it didn’t bother us that much.
