I love everything about this hotel. The interiour, the pool, the foods and cafe, their bed and pillow. Deluxe king room is perfect for pengantin baru like us. Everything are perfect and the staffs also friendly. Deffinitely will stay here again for my next short vacation.

I dont have anything that I didnt like. Just that maybe the hotel building need a little bit of new painting because the hotel look old from the outside. Also maybe can add a bit more of light inside the room. I have to be at the window when I want to make up because there are not enough light in the room.

Incorporating a wider range of dishes, including international specialities and vegetarian/vegan options, would cater to a broader array of tastes and preferences, ensuring that every guest finds something to enjoy. This addition could further elevate the culinary offerings and make dining at Ancasa Royale an even more memorable experience.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious but could be improved. The beds were amazing. The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Didn't get to use the pool this time, but I remembered from my last visit that it was nice. They are quick to replenish food during the breakfast buffet. Overall, pleasant and comfortable.

I booked three rooms during my last stay. The ceiling in one of the room's bathrooms had a leakage mark. I've noticed that this is generally the condition of most of the rooms at Ancasa that were booked online. This is the only hotel I stay in when in Pekan-and I come here every few months, so I've seen what some of the rooms look like. The Wi-Fi that comes with the room is a bit slow, probably a peak season issue.

The room is big for family of 5. I asked for upgrade by the way and one extra bed. I like the hotel location which is near to tomyam restaurants and few interesting places. The pool is facing Sungai Pahang which is nice. The food is just average to my tastebud. The pool is big and my kids love it. But the room lighting is too dimmed. Kasi terang sikit lah.

The bathroom floor was slippery.

Good location. Checking in & out very swift. Easy free parking at hotel compound. Very safe, even when coming in late at night. Very helpful staff, picked up all our luggage & delivered to our room. Attended to our request for additional items immediately. Awesome clean room & bathroom. Very spacious room, comfortable bed & pillows. Loved the decor & the furnishings. Very fast WIFI. Everything is provided in the room, including thick bathrobes. Huge bathroom, comes with a separate bath tub & a shower cubicle. Complete bathroom supplies provided. Unbelievable view outside my window, the magnificent sight of the Pahang River plus the hotel pool & leisure areas. Easy access to outside eating places, shops, mosques, riverside scenery etc.

Didn't try the restaurant at all as I had to be out, so no comments there. Nothing there that I didn't like.

I had a pleasant stay at the Ancasa Hotel Pekan. The foods/rooms was particularly impressive. While there were a few minor late to replace the towels they didn't significantly impact my overall experience. I would recommend this hotel to others visiting Pekan.

Im sorry but the breakfast menu is not like what i expect. Its good taste, but mybe u can change the menu. Or put more different menu so the guest can choose more what they want to eat for breakfast. Tq

I bit disappointed when i wanted to buy the sejadah and the pillow, but no stock. The pillow was sooo comfortable i sleep like a log hahaha

A very underrated hotel. Everything about my stay was perfect beyond expectation. The customer service is top notch, the room is spacious and clean, the pool is adequate with stunning view of sunset over the river. Will absolutely come again! 1. We were welcomed by really nice staff at reception and check-in process was smooth 2. Ordered in-room dining service and had their Fish and Chips and Nasi Goreng Kambing - It was delicious! 3. Had an issue with the hair dryer in the room, called Reception, and they sent a maintenance staff to our room within 5 minutes - super quick 4. All the staff we encountered throughout our stay were friendly and welcoming 5. Did not have a chance to try out their breakfast buffet as we had to head out early in the morning. But was told that it's Rm35/pax - not bad at all. Will try for next time 6. Check out process was also smooth no issues at all Overall, we got more than what we paid for, the value almost matches a 5-star hotel. Hope they keep it up!

The town is quite secluded so it's kinda hard to find place to eat, but worry not cause it's only a Google away. We went to dinner at Restoran Sumpit Sumpit and it did not disappoint. This is a really minor cons for this hotel because everything is else worth it!

Ample parking as not many people there (end of the weekend). Had a room with nice view of Pahang river.

A lot of staines on the carpet.
