Proximity to MRT station. Excellent staff overall (reception, housekeeping, food & beverage). Reasonably priced and good b’fast. The pizza served here is very good. Also, the mini fridge actually works unlike many similar hotels I have stayed in

A self service laundry would be nice. I stayed at 3 different rooms during my recent 12 day stay and all 3 vanities had unsightly black mould behind - not a good look & quite likely a health hazard. I have taken photos of this but decided not to post it here so as not to impact the business. However, it is in the hotel’s interest to do something about that. Will review again on this matter after my next stay

Hotel is a fairly good setup, next to MRT station. Rooms were nicely made, simple n functional. Staff were exceptional till it made me leave a tip for the housekeeping. They were so accomodating... Reception staff helpful when asked abt vegetarian foods nearby. Took his accord to look for it on google n directed me to the destination. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the staff were all smiles.

Just that were no eateries walking distance... needed to drive abt 1.5km. Hotel itself... all good.

We were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the room and facilities provided in the room, bearing in mind that it is a 3-star hotel. The staff were polite and attentive. The food served at the restaurant was also good and value for money. Highly recommended.

The toilet and bathroom doors are semi-transparent and face the living area and bedroom hence no privacy. To have a little privacy, using the toilet and bathroom is done with the lights off. Suggest that the hotel sandblasts the doors further to make the glass in these areas opaque

The room that I stayed in is suitable for solo travellers, very cosy and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was basic but delicious. I stayed on the 7th floor, and they have a water dispenser, it is very convenient. Despite being next to the highway, the surroundings were calm, quiet, and relaxing.

My keypad door kept on falling and I didn't like the fact that it is far from the city centre, almost half an hour and 2 tolls just to get to bukit bintang, but its okay I guess, just a little bit of price u have to pay for a quiet place.

I really like the hotel, the receptionist was good and fast check in, the room is clean and comfortable, Surrounding environment is quiet, hotel parking is convenient and sufficient parking are provided, i go everywhere is no jamp and is very convenient for me. Definitely i will come back and stay again. But , If the taste of the breakfast ,can improve that will be my perfect journey stay at this hotel.

Hopefully the morning breakfast can be improve, that is perfect .

The room is tastefully designed. Small yet comfy. The staff at the front desk were very friendly & polite.

The breakfast spread is minimal. I would appreciate a small working desk for a business traveler like me. Nothing fancy, just a small workstation. i had to utilize the coffee/tea counter as a working space.

Location-This hotel was very near to MRT Station (Sri Damansara Barat) and it takes just around 3 minute of walking from hotel to Mrt station. Room-The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows are super comfy. Cleanliness-The room is very clean. Since we stay in the highest floor (13th floor), we can enjoy the beautiful night view.

i have been staying here multiple times. it is located near to sungai buloh station. so convenient for those need to take train to go to northen states like Ipoh or Penang, as the time required will be about the same as taking flight. the train depart quite on time too and in Ibis, easy to get Grab. the breakfast is good variety and good value. room are clean and the bed is clean and comfortable too. the staff is super friendly and helpful. they will offer me help whenever they feel i need

The hotel was closed during Covid and recently re-opened. The management did a good job to keep the hotel in good condition making the stay a pleasant and comfortable one. Toiletries are also provided. Breakfast was included in my stay and it was good for a hotel with this budget. I like the coffee.

The wifi did not work very well and I had to wait for their re-boot. Lift security with card access was not in use, strangers may access via lifts to hotel room floors. The minibar was empty though the fridge was on.

Clean, modern looking room, comfortable pillow and mattress. Buffet Breakfast is good and delicous. Many choices. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lift using access card make us feel safe Easy access with the main road. MRT station Sri Damansara just next to this hotel. 3 minutes walking distance.

Basement parking not so safe to park. Dark not adequate lighting. Stranger or Outsider can easily enter the parking area without any barrier and observation.
