All the staff are warm and always put big smile on their face. However the breakfast there is quite disappointing (tak sedap) as I felt it was not from the 4stars hotel. It would be lovely if you guys improve the taste. Oh the room is also quite small. The rest is all good.

Very comfortable and clean, modern environment and layout. Fluffy pillows and towels, just nice firmness of bed, very nice heavy duvet. Friendly and accommodative staff. Hotel area is calm and there is a lot of eateries as well as there is KK Mart for your snacks run. Room service was prompt and the fish and chips ordered are quite okay, they accept card payment for room service.

Please don't tap the parking payment terminal using apple pay, while the problem solved itself (after a day) it can be such a hassle when you cannot tap out and in a rush. PLEASE USE PHYSICAL CARD / PHYSICAL TNG. Also phone in the room is kind of broken.

The property is really clean and modern. Parking is free just need to validate your touch n go before your next exit. There is a De Centrum Mall next door must try the Half Moon Kitchen (Yemen / Middle Eastern food). Short drive to IOI City Mall the largest shopping mall in Malaysia and other tourist attractions of Putrajaya. There is a pool and gym at the hotel however we have no chance to use the facilities hence unable to review on them. We have also not tried the food so unable to comment. (There is an option to book with breakfast)

New, clean, and cheap. Good quality of interior. A wide variety of breakfast. Attentive and friendly staff. The room was so comfortable that I changed my schedule and kept staying at the room on day 1. Although surrounding has a limited choice of eateries, easy to catch Grab.

Wifi gets less responsive at night. After switching off/on, more responsive for a while. Housekeeping was so so. Toilet not cleaned well on day 2. No hand towels. Laundry service is next-day return, which is contradictory to the description in room. Refilling water and coffee set is charged. Whilst considering the price, I think benefits overwhelms shortcomings.

Firstly, i am beyond gratefull..to choose this hotel and met such a friendly, kind, humble and dedicated staffs who attend me during my firsy day check in until now...when the 1st time i checked in was late night - i was exhausted and my mum was so tired - i was greeted with a smile( she was awesome) i forgot her name but i remember she has *ina* on her name tag..she make me forgotten my exhaustion becoz she really understand i need to rest quick and the check in process was very fast n easy..her smile..makes it all different for me..and there is the humble Engineering staffs who helped us with lights issue..such a great gentleman with smile and say a nice words while leaving and finish his tasks..and then in the morning with a great staffs at the restaurants..the manager who at the main door of the restaurants greet us and bid farewell..and the humble gentleman who clear our plates..and then again guy at Reception his name if i remember Noman..Management of Park Inn by Radisson - you are so lucky to have all these amazing staffs! Im so proud and happy to met such of great staffs u have! They are true hospitality front liners! Good job guys!

Nearby to IOI Mall and opposite to another mall (not sure name). Pool is clean, food is good. Interior design at the lobby is minimalist but nice. Lift function well and fast. Staff is very nice. One of the staff did call our room to check whether everything is fine. Parking space is big and comfortable.

Room is consider clean but in toilet at the edge of sink and toilet wall have dirt that also need to be cleaned as well. Some part of room have dust and we found plastic packaging under bed. During breakfast two times I found strand of short hair, in cup and plate where we put ladle.

Love the deco...industrial minimalis. The room was clean, modern industrial minimalis and everything is so great. The king size bed was new and the mattress and pillows were soft and smelt good. The staff at the reception was courteous, friendly and efficient but the best was the staff frm the cafe. They were smilling and moving fast eventhough the cafe was packed with families with small kids. Even the chefs were so friendly. One asked me if I need anything as I was eating alone. I smiled back and politely said I was fine. My husband joined me for dinner and breakfast. The hitea was sumptous and the spread was value for the money. Love the Tepanyaki, roast chicken, curry mee, rojak buah & teh tarik. The dessert was delicious. Love the soft cup cake and sago pudding .

Comfy bed, staff very friendly and accomodating us, food are great, parking area is easy to access(outdoor car park), location very near to centre n has so many place to eat until midnight, shower very nice ,heater works well They provide sajadah for prayer which is a plus for me🥰

Guest still need to pay car park, 1rm per entry, if you go out from hotel more than 1x,u need to pay each time u go out n need to validate your touch n go card at receptionist 1st Stain at wall like candy gum Aircond they setting auto off every few hours,i woke up in the middle of the night 2x as i feel so hot n realise aircond was switched off automatically. I setting it on by myself Not much table at restaurant compare to the guest so we need to sit outdoor but not really big issue,just a bit hot😅
