Receptionist : Friendly, Helpful and Very Professional. Bedroom : For the price given, it was great. Not spacious but everything we need is provided. Except no toothbrush. Breakfast : i love the food ! From 6.30 am -10.30 am, Various and delicous. They serve 2 maincourse (nasi lemak/fried meehoon/mee goreng/rendang ayam) and 4 others side dishes. They also serve croissant,muffins,pancakes,vegetables choices and 4 type of fruits. Which is very affordable and "berbaloi" for the price.

the cleaner/room service didnt check properly. Body wash and shampoo habis upon my arrival. But it was a small matter so i may say nothing was wrong.

I have a problem with check in situations. Before this, from my previous experience the receptionist is quite shit, but today, during my check in session, they are good at guiding customers. Just one thing... the supervisor. I can't recall his name, but she's Indian. You, as the supervisor, are aware of your responsibilities. You should know traffic will mess during check in times..There are three counters, and as the third counter, you should greet people in queue, not grumpily and stand there without resolving the issue. Your employees are excellent right now. I'm not sure what your responsibilities as a supervisor are.

Room was clean, cosy and tidy. Minibar helped a lot, plus the provided prayer mat - small thing for some people but even some more established hotels i have been to did not even consider it - means that you dont have to bring one (brought my own). 24 hr gym - small gesture of understanding for gym goers as we could either be doing it late night or very early morning. Went there at 5 am (most establisments open around 6 or 7). Several eateries outside, plus small shops for groceries. Alternative from the pricier hotels in putrajaya if you have things/work to do around Serdang/Putrajaya/Bangi area and want a decent place to stay at. Staff were brilliantly friendly. Thanks. Will come again.

Pool relatively small. And better beware of the curb at the parking lot entry/exit. Pillow was too soft for my head and sunk in too much - a matter of preference.

The location is strategic as near to hospital serdang and hospital upm. Comfortable and clean room. Great hospitality by the staff. Good restaurant nearby, walking distance to mamak place. Has a gym and pool. Although it only have one threadmill, cycling, stepup machine. have adult and kids pool.

In adequate parking space. There is a big group reservations during my stay, so not enough parking space, so i have to park in front of the hotel. A bit worried about the safety.

i went for WARNA WARNI WARISAN BUFET MAKAN MALAM..so the food was good...delicious...layout also good....very comfortable..well manage..staff of the day also doing good..the band fantastic which is my husband can request the song & band's member very sporting to full fill the request..it was soooo fun to us ..enjoy the moments together...

actually its not what i dont like the most..but maybe its just because of the weather.. the night was rainy day..so..floor wet n bit slippery..i m pregnant..so...bit dangerous to me.. hopefully, can improvise on that concern..

All the staff are warm and always put big smile on their face. However the breakfast there is quite disappointing (tak sedap) as I felt it was not from the 4stars hotel. It would be lovely if you guys improve the taste. Oh the room is also quite small. The rest is all good.

Very comfortable and clean, modern environment and layout. Fluffy pillows and towels, just nice firmness of bed, very nice heavy duvet. Friendly and accommodative staff. Hotel area is calm and there is a lot of eateries as well as there is KK Mart for your snacks run. Room service was prompt and the fish and chips ordered are quite okay, they accept card payment for room service.

Please don't tap the parking payment terminal using apple pay, while the problem solved itself (after a day) it can be such a hassle when you cannot tap out and in a rush. PLEASE USE PHYSICAL CARD / PHYSICAL TNG. Also phone in the room is kind of broken.

The property is really clean and modern. Parking is free just need to validate your touch n go before your next exit. There is a De Centrum Mall next door must try the Half Moon Kitchen (Yemen / Middle Eastern food). Short drive to IOI City Mall the largest shopping mall in Malaysia and other tourist attractions of Putrajaya. There is a pool and gym at the hotel however we have no chance to use the facilities hence unable to review on them. We have also not tried the food so unable to comment. (There is an option to book with breakfast)
