I noticed the hotel is better overall compared to my previous stays (last one was in Nov 2022). Rooms are clean, smell nice and everything is working. Location is v good, close to food and shops. Nice clean reception and well staffed. Hotel staff is responsive and helpful. First impression can be improved by greeting guests.

1 Carpark is quite dark except area near to lift. 2. Rooms window should be regularly cleaned, especially guests pay extra for room with window view. My room window was stained with birds poops all over. 3. Aircon sometimes vibrate loudly. The fix is simple, insert a small cardboard in the gap between aircon and wall. I stuff a piece of tissue paper in the gap and vibrating noise stopped.

1. Good clean basics. 2. Convenient location. 3. Simple security at carpark. I was checked when I wanted to drive off with my car. 4. Attentive front desk and housekeeping staff. However, front desk staff are not forthcoming in greeting or chatting with guests to create a more welcoming atmosphere.

1. Bathroom: Water from shower tended to flow from glass partition ledge out to dry bathroom area, making floor towel always wet. Simple fixes can be made to the ledge to prevent this and make bathroom a dryer and more pleasant space 2. Car park exit has 2 narrow lanes. With so few cars exiting at any one time, it is not necessary to have 2 lanes. Convert into a single wide lanes and improve signage so customers leave hotel with good impression.

Location surrounded by well known F&B companies. Ample and easy parking. Clean room. Very friendly staff. Easy and quick check in and check out.

Room feels smaller than advertised. Hardly any space to pray (muslim). TV has only 4 channels - TV1, TV2, TV3 & a movie channel - and pictures blurry. Room rate for the room size and amenities feels slightly higher than 5 star hotels in major cities.

I looooveee everythingggg!!!! Supee clean, comfortable this is my second stay in this hotel and yes whenever i come to segamat, i will stay here. Restaurants, grocery shop, all everything just near the hotel you can walk to go there. Definitely worth my money.

The hotel is located in the centre of town with a variety of shops and eating places nearby. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had a problem getting a taxi from the train station but the hotel staff were extra helpful and arranged a local driver to pick me up, which I really appreciated.

room spacious, very clean n well arranged room furniture. location is good n most of the necessity facilities are available. i like the fragrance smell the moment i step into the lobby receptionist area.

bathroom , the half glass partition (for the shower area) should affix a color indentification eg a waterproof color strip fix on the glass edge to create awareness..,Safety Hazard.

It’s right smack in town with life access to car park hence it’s very convenient- we find the room very clean (even aircond filter is very clean) and bed comfortable, front desk staff and housekeeper are also very helpful and professional.

There's enough parking, location is convenient to get food or need something as the convenience store is nearby. There's Billion supermarket in walking distance. Next to lobby and across there are a number of fast food restaurants if need quick or convenient. Otherwise few minutes away there are a number of restaurants to try. McDota is nearby too!
