The hotel is excellent, with a fantastic location that makes it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. The overall ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a great choice for a relaxing getaway.

The bed was quite firm, which may not suit everyone’s preference, and there were no extra pillows provided, which would have added to the comfort.

The staff at this hotel is exceptional, the ambiance is delightful, and the surroundings are pleasing to the senses. Conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and in close proximity to the bus station, this hotel has been my choice for accommodation twice now, and I have been thoroughly pleased with my experience each time.

I noticed the hotel is better overall compared to my previous stays (last one was in Nov 2022). Rooms are clean, smell nice and everything is working. Location is v good, close to food and shops. Nice clean reception and well staffed. Hotel staff is responsive and helpful. First impression can be improved by greeting guests.

1 Carpark is quite dark except area near to lift. 2. Rooms window should be regularly cleaned, especially guests pay extra for room with window view. My room window was stained with birds poops all over. 3. Aircon sometimes vibrate loudly. The fix is simple, insert a small cardboard in the gap between aircon and wall. I stuff a piece of tissue paper in the gap and vibrating noise stopped.

In the new town centre with handy amenities like quite a number of cafes & restaurants (excellent dishes), supermarkets, laundromat all within a couple of hundred meters from the hotel. Just further off across a nearby road towards a big square/field are many prominent & enticing Chinese restaurants. Overall, a pleasant stay and time.

Generally the room was clean and comfortable. Food outlets nearby. Apart from 3 hours or so of unfortunate blackout, it was a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the hotel is not located on it's own building but occupying 5, 7 &8 floor of the complex. Security is a bit of concern when taking lift to the room as 2 lifts serve both hotels and other common floors of the building.

Can improve - sound proofing - better door closer to ensure closing and not loud slam - bidet isn't working well - add in sports channel in tv please - courteous front desk, put on smile always, and just politely seek waiting guests understanding ("sorry for the wait, I will attend to you as soon as possible")

I like the amenities in the room which to me is complete for my needs tho the room is a bit cramped.

I dislike the shower whereby one has to adjust the temperature of the water every now & then or else it could be scalding hot or extremely cold. I prefer with the adjustable temperature control like those used at home.

joki at car park, always disturbing me. that old women..everytime i park car in area hotel (provided) she always ask me again n again, im already told her, im a guest of this hotel..but she didnt believe. very disturbing. so i have show hotel card to her everytime i go to basement..really annoyed

1. Good clean basics. 2. Convenient location. 3. Simple security at carpark. I was checked when I wanted to drive off with my car. 4. Attentive front desk and housekeeping staff. However, front desk staff are not forthcoming in greeting or chatting with guests to create a more welcoming atmosphere.

1. Bathroom: Water from shower tended to flow from glass partition ledge out to dry bathroom area, making floor towel always wet. Simple fixes can be made to the ledge to prevent this and make bathroom a dryer and more pleasant space 2. Car park exit has 2 narrow lanes. With so few cars exiting at any one time, it is not necessary to have 2 lanes. Convert into a single wide lanes and improve signage so customers leave hotel with good impression.

Location surrounded by well known F&B companies. Ample and easy parking. Clean room. Very friendly staff. Easy and quick check in and check out.

Room feels smaller than advertised. Hardly any space to pray (muslim). TV has only 4 channels - TV1, TV2, TV3 & a movie channel - and pictures blurry. Room rate for the room size and amenities feels slightly higher than 5 star hotels in major cities.
