great budget hotel for group travellers. facilities were okay. room is not that clean but its aligned with the price. located in the town centre but the hotel is at the back part so it's quite dark.

Good enough for one night in the area. Right next to the bus station, but a bit of a walk to the docks. I went onto Mabul for diving after this so i just needed a place to stay for the night. Very basic room, but no complaints.

I think it was reasonable for the price, but I needed to ask for towels and they didnt have hand towels even when i asked for it, and the shower had no separation from the toilet. The bed was good though.

The staff is helpful and kind
Room is too small for the price. The arrangement of the room also below expectation as we need to go upstair using backdoor. Some of the equipment also damaged but not replaced like the door knob. I had trouble everytime I want to open the room door because the key will stuck in the keyhold, take almost one minute just to pull out back the key before I can close the door back. And some more when other guest come in at the middle of night when we were sleeping, their voices chit chatting can clearly heard by us, it was very disturbing and I think maybe the room wall is too thin or anything. There's no privacy in there.

The staff is friendly.
The location of the hotel is at the back and it's quite dark at night. If there's a security guarding the parking area would be great. The hotel fairly provide basic necessity. The room is quite dirty, there's hair and the floor is quite dirty when we checked in. Probably won't be staying here again

1) staff related family knocking play my door. they disturbing customer privacy and they not care about customer sleep in the room. im so satisfied with this .
