Location: great as it is in the Kota Warisan business centre where there is an abundance of shops and restaurants, so no worries about finding food to eat or some last minute buying stuff you have forgotten while packing for your trip. Facilities: Room size was quite spacious with a queen-size bed. Bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Airport transfer is available with good price and timing (please check with the staff). Overall I would recommend this hotel especially for those embarking on flights at the crack of dawn as I did.

Location is around 15 minutes away from KLIA 2. There were lots of shops and restaurants around. Holiday Inn is also just at the back. It was good stay, I like the bathroom - water is good feels like I can shower all day!

When I booked, it says there is a lift for luggage but when we arrived, it was not working. Just thankful with the receptionist, she helped us carrying one of our suitcases.

Yes, quite happy with this property, I called the hotel from the airport and I had a driver meet me within 15 minutes then only a short drive to hotel. Room was good and clean with clean ensuite bathroom. There are many local restaurants within easy walking distance and a mini mart store next to the hotel. As I was only staying overnight the Orange Hotel was a good choice for me and I would stay here again if overnighting in KL.

Near airport, necessary facilities available, hairdryer available upon request at counter, good value for the room rate.

Window cannot be locked for my room, but it is ok bacause facing street so will not feel very unsecure, but would be better if can be locked.

- Close location to airport and nearby shopping facilities. - Cool air conditioning. - Curtains were adequate at blocking all light - Driving service was efficient, quick, and cheap - Friendly and accomodation staff (allowed me to leave my bags after check out)

- Water for bathroom stopped working completely last day of stay - Noise from renovations at time of stay (Aug 2023), not a long term issue

Hotel sorrounding is very good. The staffs are very helpful. Easy to acess the restaurant and transport. Only takes 15-20 minutes drive to the airport.

All are good. Can increase the number of some basic needs such as cloth hanger Staying at family room only 2 cloth hangers provided that time.

Thin wall, could hear people talking. These people next to my room from pata timo do not have any common sense when at 3 am in the morning still talking loudly like the hotels belongs to their father. During that time its a time people to take a rest before catching flight next day.

We stayed here for our one night layover, and it had all we needed for a short stay. - The location is good near restaurants and convenience stores, and it’s easy to reach from the airport with a Grab (we payed 30 MYR (fair price) and took around 15-20 minute) - Easy Check-in - Big room - Comfortable beds - Private bathroom - Airport Transfer (we payed 40 MYR because we left before 6am - otherwise they charge 30 MYR (for 1-3 persons).

All are goid except No iron provided at 1st floor during our stay. To provide proper & complete iron room such as hanger to hang the dress after ironing

The hotel is a good choice because it is there are a lot of restaurants and marts that open for 24 hours. Therefore, it is one of the best places for layover for flyers.

The air conditioner should be cooler so that it can accommodate the people in the room. The hotel staff could have given 2 cards for each room.
