It is convenient for couples like us. This is the second stay. One of top choices if we would like to escape from daily routine. The pool view room is my favourite. Price is pretty decent, reasonable based on their facilities. I love searching for room with bathtub. So that’s my plus point staying there. I love that this hotel provide the prayer mat in each room. So, I don’t have to ask them on this because some hotels didn’t even have it. Also, I totally respect the guy that guarding the pool. He really took care of the guests and their kids. He watched and ensure that all kids with the guardian all the time. Big thumbs up to him!

During second stay, breakfast buffet selection is getting lesser from the first stay. Haven’t yet tried their dinner buffet. So no comment on that. Since the hotel might be operating for the long time, the condition of the bathroom not as we expected. But maybe need to do deep cleaning at the shower area, once in a while. Others are okay.

This weekend getaway was solely to relax and unwind and that’s exactly what we did. Not my first time at Royale Chulan Seremban and I’m impressed to see that the facilities are absolutely well maintained. Except for the court and spa which I wasn’t after, the room, bathroom, breakfast buffet and pool were great. There was a pleasant scent upon arrival and leading up to our room. The room itself was neat as a pin and super clean. We were definitely spoilt with comfort.

It seemed like the playground, court and spa are were under maintenance as there were notice put up. But it seems more like they’re abandoned 😅 maybe could make it less of an eye sore for guests.

I have been visiting Seremban for Business. As an Investment Banker,I look for prompt and swift personalized service. They have it all. A few examples from my last trip. As soon as I arrived from Penang,Mr. Vivian...the concierge came up to our car ,exchanged pleasantries with an infectious smile..and spoke impeccable English (don't know why he is not in Front Office) and made sure the luggage was left in our room. Hamidi... another Front office person went to a great length to deliver my documents at my room personally. Normally they would ask you to come and pick it up personally. Kudos to your Team. Keep up the good work

1) It's opposite a big park, ideal for ppl who enjoy morning jog. 2) Friendly staff 3) Value for money

Maintained well given it's an old building. But also because of the aged building there are problems as such 1) There's only a master switch at the entrance, no other controller near the bed. If you have kids require a dimlight to sleep, you will need to turn off every single lamp except the one intended to left open 2) Aircond switch is not digital (old school type) 3) There are traces of old age around the room, darks spots that can't be wiped, sofa with stains 4) There is disabled parking lots, but lift doesn't seem to have sensor, saw an incident where the door closes on the wheel chair user.

I am returning customer at least two or three times per year I would say, and I could see overall improvement in general in terms of hotel services and accommodation. In terms of rooms and its cleanliness, this definitely better than last year, and this month of stay is better than the beginning of the year. The staff be it from front desk, F&B to the housekeeping has been attentive, smiley and super helpful. Well done. Breakfast some of the menu is quite good. Glad still serving tasty nasi lemak and rendang. Very delicious! Roti jala was good, it's curry was very good too! Hot Teh tarik is good too. Should make this as a must menu! Always looking to these when we staying here.

It just, pay particular attention the shower as we can still find black mold on the shower wall and on the drainage. The breakfast traffic and selections seems bit hectic and not organised probably due to small space and the layout is quite here and there. Definitely room for improvement in terms of positions of food serving... and selections... and its layout. it was quite good in the beginning of the year, probably this time got too many customer with small space of dining area.. The Mee hailam serving wasn't that particularly our favorite. Taste bit off for some reason to our taste bud. Whilst the bread pudding is good, it's milk/vanilla cream serving wasn't that tasty and little bit bland to our taste.

Absolutely loved my recent stay at Royal Chulan Seremban! The room was spacious, and I had a wonderful time. The pool attendant was incredibly kind and helped me get a float for my child. The breakfast buffet was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel was truly worth the price. We visited for Children's Day, and the activities and facilities provided made it an unforgettable experience.

The pillows were too soft, event with two stacked together, they didn't provide enough support. Also, the room service menu prices were extremely high, affordable only for 'crazy rich'. These are the only areas I feel could be improved. Thank you!

Breakfast was not that bad. Reasonable. Property and facilities was good although old. I put 10/10, to show how bad some of the staff. And booking.com shows good reviews only. You have to scroll for the bad ones.

The staff. Upon arrival an old malay valet guy was rude and not patience, shouting at us. We were not even blocking anyone. Went to buy take-away drinks, but the restaurant staff just walk off. Breakfast time, the staff who was doing the checking was rude and dismissing us when we inform that we bought breakfast package together with room. Even told us we book via Agoda. Thank goodness still got the reference Booking.com no. The housekeeping charge us rm2 per mineral bottle. We had to buy since they didnt clean our room till 7pm only. We ask and book transport to airport. When checkout, was inform there was no such service. Not all staff was bad. Some was still friendly and kind.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the hotel and the rooms were. The staff too were super responsive, although we checked in almost midnight, but we felt comfortable instantly. We had a small problem with one of the rooms, but when we reported it, they had the room changed, and the new keys taken up to us in a matter of minutes. The breakfast had a good spread, typical Malaysian breakfast. There’s also a 24/7 self service convenience, although small, it had all the necessary goods and some extras, good for a quick snack too.

Nothing we did not like

We alway stay at Royale Chulan during our visits .Impressed with the hospitality but we were disappointed that the breakfast served were a bit off tad.Seems very bland .The local coffee was diluted,(taste flat)and somehow it puts me off.The other comment was the roti chanai which should be prepared by the chef but I noticed it was from packaged food.I always paired roti chanai with the nasi lemak sambal but I gave it a miss.Overall,I will still continue to stay at Royale Chulan hopefully my next breakfast will be better.Thank you.

Red water mellon is ok but variety of local fresh fruits ie pineapple, papaya shd be added. Improved lighting at the B1 level walkway from car park to the lifts lobby Present lighting's not bright enough

Mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Iron and ironing board are provided in room. Spacious, clean room. Separate bathtub and shower. Strong wi-fi. Friendly staff.

I think the management should do something with the check-ins/ hire more housekeeping staff. Check-in should be after 3pm, we check-in at 4pm but our room was ready at 5pm. My sister who queued behind me for check-in only received her key around 6:30pm, and that only after she requested for a refund. It was bad considering she has two kids and a baby. By that time there were still other guests who did not receive their keys, it was like a nursery at the lobby with crying babies and toddlers😅
