The location of hotel is just a walking distance to restaurants, bubble tea shops, convenience store, pharmacy & such. This is our second time staying in Win Hotel. Recommended to all.

We were staying at Level 8, Room 803. We could hear intermittent sound of people moving the trolleys around the hotel. Might be due to the room is located next to the store? Other than that, everything is fine.

I like the room was really spacious and not cluttered. Sheets and room were clean while the overall stay, cleanliness was maintained. Surprisingly this is the 1st cat friendly hotel I've stayed in. Will definitely be back if I come back to Sibu.

TV reception was not too good though, while the TV could definitely use an upgrade. Though this is not a necessity to me, it is probably a good to have.

The place is at the riverbank of Batang Rajang. If you are lucky, your room will give you the best view of the river. The place is quiet despite a lot of bars surrounding it. If you lazy to go faraway to eat, there’s many place around for you to have your breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Of course parking space. Not easy to get a parking space near to the hotel!

Clean, spacious, quiet, nice smell, food and outdoor activities within walking distance. Car parking convenient if you come at the appropriate time. Nice place to stay for a one night traveller.

Nothing much except slightly secluded from main city centre, which is a plus in fact..

The location is at city center and there is a lot of cafes and restaurant around it. All is in walking distance. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean and spacious. There are basic amenities provided like soap, shampoo, coffee and tea. There is also qiblat marker in room.

The bathroom was poorly clean when we entered the room. It is difficult to find parking as there is some event held nearby and the parking in front of the hotel was taken up till late at night. Maybe if there is no event nearby it will be easier to find parking.

Everything. I like everything from the services, staffs up to the facilities. There is nothing to complain about. I am happy with my stay here. The toilet is using bidet also so I like it. I make the toilet clean and not wet. Excellent! 👍🏻⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hmm...nothing much but maybe at least provided a room slippers? 😁

We have stayed at Win many times almost every time we are at Sibu and it never disappoints. The room is spacious and the location perfect towards where we need to head to in the city center.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The room was big and spacious with lots of space around.

There is some smell coming from the sewage or piping in the toilet that can be slightly off putting.

The place is near to many places that we can enjoy plenty of delicious food. Will choose again to stay here if come to Sibu again.

It just that outside my room the lamp did not function, quite a dangerous for loner to come inside/outside of the room especially late night.

car parking is very limited and it is difficult for me to park the car and be exposed to any number of people and it is quite difficult to carry things
