Location, there are so many eateries. Easy to move around by Grab transport. Shopping centre is just opposite. The refreshment section is a nice touch. Simple breakfast is a plus. The hotel smells good. Friendly staff. Smoking zone in the staircase.

The wash basin being outside the bathroom. The biggest room we stayed in is not very big. The air con facing the bed. Don't look out the window.

Adult size praying mat provided. 6. Quiet place, far from busy street 7. Family Mart and 7E just nearby 8. Netflix and other Entertainment platform installed, but you just have to login to your own account

1. Only 1 malay restaurant nearby. On my day 2, they were closed and i had to drive out to get breakfast. 2. No free TV channel. I would love to watch local news.

Location is good with plenty of F&B, convenient store, massage facilities, salon and nail’s parlour. There is also a mall just opposite although not fully open due to renovation

Bathroom layout and washing basin is a bit weird in the sense that the wash basin is set in the bedroom near to entrance but not in the bathroom

Please ensure to install an actual Toilet Spray Gun...it's SUPER unhygienic to just use the pipe by hand with an exposed end...rather disgusting to use to be honest...the toilet gun is actually bery cheap...(Room 3 F1). Please also scrub the shower cubicle very well...a lot of ugly mould.

Breakfast is simple with tea/coffee and a choice of biscuits. If you can put some sandwiches, that will be better. The location of breakfast table is easy enough where we can sit and talk while having a short casual breakfast. The location of the hotel is convenient to find food, near to family mart and other convenient stores. The mosque and Muslim food also located near to the hotel.

Hmm... Parking availability. coz the location is in the centre of shoplots area and busy/full until 10.00pm. We parked the car far from the hotel and move it later in midnight.

The entertainment TV has more channels ie Prime Movies, Netflix & etc. The decor @ the lobby and corridor is Japanese contemporary, I like the shade room number

The accessibility of the hotel, the surrounding amenities, friendly and warm staff. Loved the complimentary breakfast provided by the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in the hotel.

The sink taps surrounding had slight rust and the shower area lock was unable to lock. The tv control is not user-friendly. But these are minor setbacks. Nothing major.

Location was good and near all the shops. Asked for a corner room facing back alley so it was actually quiet. Good for the price.

Need extra charge for extra room keys is not good for if only one of you need go out for shopping and other need sleep...
