The room was clean and decent for the rate. The bedsheets, pillows cover and duvet was fresh. The bed was comfy so I was able to sleep well

The room was on the ground floor nearer to the reception side and the door wasn't much of sound proof. Hence I could hear everything outside including footsteps and chats. However, it was quiet at night hence I could sleep peacefully. You need to wear ear goggles if you are light sleeper

1. there is a bathtub to make it easier for small children to bathe 2. quiet environment and quiet interior

it feels like there is nothing to dislike because everything looks satisfactory maybe put a mat and slipper in front of the bathroom door and make sure the bathroom slide door can be locked

I booked another room earlier but when directly reach at hotel counter i booked another room upon my comfort and i ask a favour to the staff on duty to help me cancel the earlier room she is not helpful and ask me to cancel myself.

not too far away from town. a bit peaceful i would say. near restaurant. there's also 99 speedmart nearby.

parking is the main issue that i face. limited parking as there is really crowd restaurant (at night) next to it (didn't manage to try it. must be good). moreover, you need to pay for the parking during the day as it is public parking. hotel provide 1 hour ticket for free. they sell the parking ticket if you need more. but honestly it should be compensated by the low price of the room compared to other hotel.

I am disabled person. The staff's empathy and concern and by providing us with a ground floor room is greatly appreciated! Jazakallahu khairan jaza'. The hotel is situated near to great food outlet esp Gerai/Warung Pokok Ceri! Great choice of malay food is available and you will be spoilt by it.

The hotel and room is clean and very comfortable. Very recommended. I will choose this hotel next time if im at Sungai Petani. Their staff very friendly. I got free 2 calendar for 2024. Thankyou so much Sastria Hotel for your services.

It's nearby to my relatives house. Restaurants, groceries shop just next to this hotel. Just next to the mall and the town too.

There is nothing to tell about dissatisfaction but it will be nice if they had a lift for older people's. Otherwise everything was nice.
