The hot water is really good and it feels nice . Comfortable for a reality escape . They pick me up during the night when I arrive and allow me to check out late a little .

The rooms are quite close to each other, there's a lot of noise from the rooms next doors. The staffs can be noisy while doing the house keeping especially when they are cleaning the rooms. Looks like the walls in between are really thin. Other than the noise, everything else is fine.

We were met with your friendly staff Mr. Segaran who was very helpful, cheerful and professional. He managed to handler our "requests" with ease, nothing was too much hassle. making our stay at your hotel like "home away from home". I called him my "brother". please say hello and thank him again.

Staffs are nice, friendly, attentive, and very well-trained. Acceptable accommodation with the price. The shower head has high water pressure which is very good and enjoyable.

In general the room is clean, but some towel and pillow case still have little stain, can improve on the cleanliness for laundry. Rooms are beside the road, should expect some noise from the road, but it's okay for me. This is non-smoking hotel, but still got customers smoke in the room. Maybe can prepare fragrance spray for rooms.

Everything was perfect. I love the staffs as they're very friendly and helpful and the room also accessible for person with wheelchair.. the price also a very good bargain and the location is just outside Teluk Intan town..

Even if it's difficult to look for parking but the shop owners around the hotel are very friendly even if we have to park a while in front of their premises

Quite big Room with reasonable price.. nice hotel with Lift and affordable to stay.. near 7Eleven shop & Famous Nasi Kandar Gulam Rasul. Surely will come again when visit Teluk Intan. Recommended...

TV Channel always problem, Car Park also.. if lucy u can park your vehicle near the Hotel.. if not u can park far away.. don't forget show MPTI Parking Ticket when you park on weekdays..

Staff were friendly & attentive, check-in/out without hassle they already standby & wait for me. Basic bajet hotel with basic amenities worth the money. We slept comfortably.

Water pressure on shower was quiet slow.

The price, reasonable & cheap. The room, overall clean. The location, not far from town. The staffs, seem happy to me.

The toilet need some work. The exhaust fan was not functioning. Maybe upgrading the tile would be great because it's really old, even the cleaning could not get rid of the black dirt/mold on it.

The hotel area is quite strategically located because it is close to the Menara Condong, restaurants, Lotus, 7E, and other attractions. The room is clean and quite comfy. Furthermore, their staff is really helpful.
