The truth is that the hotel has the best location of the island right on Bikini Beach. The first night our room was close to another hotel that they are building and it was very noisy. We talk to them about it and they made us a wonderful upgrade to another room in a building next to ours that was wonderful. With a nice terrace right in front of the beach. Adriano was very helpful with the excursions and all his advices about them were great. We had a wonderful time and money wise it was a great product for not too much money. Both the excursions and the room. Everything is very well organized. They offer you a fast boat from the airport to the island. Once you are there, the Arena staff meet you right where the boat left you and bring you to the hotel. I would come back for sure to the same hotel. Everyone nice and very friendly. They let us stay at the pool until our boat departs to the airport after check out.

The first night the noise so early and we had jet lag. But they fix it well. After you arrive to the hotel the long briefing they give you about excursions and the hotel. It’s a long wait and a long talking but maybe it is for them a time to get the rooms ready. We were in the room at least 1 hour earlier than our check in so it was great. Breakfast was ok if you compare it with similar places in Thailand or Bali but still it was ok. Nothing was really bad. Rather the opposite.

Location, staff, pool area, sea view and welcoming environment of the hotel. Highly recommended the sea view rooms.

Charging us for the chocolates and water that were in the fridge was unexpected. If they were in the room I presume that they were complementary but they charged us for 4 chocolates and 2 coca cola Disappointed

Location is the best, stuff very pleasant, view is perfect. Special thanks to Themiya, who helped us with everything and made our stay better. Also, night shows are great, we had the best time.

Mostly everything is good. Breakfast can be more various but it was tasty. The only bad thing were the yellow ants in the rooms.. I suppose that is because of humidity and that is present on the whole island. Hotel may do something about that.

The room, the view, the location, accessible staircase, the pool, the fruit basket in room, the fabulous breakfast buffet, the delightful and accommodating staff, the casita bar/restaurant in front on the beach.

The Goddawful booming music outside that went til midnight on Saturday from the next door Kaani Hotel. Even your front desk staff, when called with my complaint,agreed that the sound system was on unacceptable steroids.

Service was good . There was a issue power failure in our 6th floor . Becoz of that they returned usd50 of transport charge.specially I have to mention front office mr.themiya .arena is safe place...wish u all the best. I really appreciate there hospitality

In booking. Com it shows there is swimming pool. But they don't have . It should be clearly mentioned that there is 3 arena hotels.please take into consideration in the future

My stay at Arena Hotel was surreal amazing. I don’t even know how to rate this property because even a 10/10 doesn’t do justice its a 20! I arrived to a flower welcome message on my bed..the staff were so welcoming and quickly moved my luggage to my room..The bathroom was spotlessly clean without a single stain.. The stay was so comfortable and the room was well conditioned.. I fell sick during my stay and the hotel bought medication for me for no extra charge.. I was really touched by the way staff at Arena treat their clients.. I felt so sad that I used up all my money and couldn’t leave extra for tips because they really deserved it.. The staff at the restaurant were also very nice! I visited the spa and got the best Balinese massage.. I recommend Arena hotel to anyone traveling to Maafushi! The buffet breakfast and dinners were so so yummy..They changed the menu everyday so there was variety of food options to choose from as a picky eater!Arena hotel has been so nice to me!They conducted their excursions in a very organized manner and the tour guides were so nice to us!!!

Such a nice location with the best view of maafushi. Good food and very lovely staff. Specially Ruwan from front office and the girls in the resturant. They were very helpful and lovely. Rooms and beds were comfy.

In the night the music was a little loud so my baby had a hard time sleeping.

The staff was great, they stored our luggage for the time between check out and our departure from the island. It is right on the beach, beach towels are provided. The staff helped with our bags, we even got a welcome drink while waiting for check in. The view from the room was incredible. You get free sunbeds and umbrella. The pool was cool too.

Walls are rather thin, you can hear your neighbors a lot. There is an evening program every night which is loud and keeps on until 11 PM, too long for us. The TV provided in the room wasnt connected to the internet (or was but didnt work).

But I won't recommend to take any excursions & water activities from them, once their excursion manager able to convince you take there water sports activity, after that they will forget everything, they provide drone shots facilities with extra charge but I've to burnt at the sand bank & waited for at least 1 hour for a shot, and one of there staffs of water sports were rude to us, drone shot quality also not good in both parasillingz sand bank and fun tube. we can walk arround the island and choose the best service from other
