The closeness to Male. The journey from Male airport was superb The staff were outstanding, so friendly, nothing was too much trouble Food was good in all the restaurants

A little tired. Our villa needed some attention, the bath was very tatty, the outside wall of the bathroom was green & in need of a good clean. We had an ant infestation twice. Lampshades in bedroom were cracked

Everything. Heaven on earth. Near the airport. Gorgeous views. A mosque with Jumu'ah prayer. Delicious food. Water was just amazing!

As a Muslim in a Muslim country, I wished the management would have removed the alcohol from my room knowing that a Muslim couple is staying in.

Ease of getting there quickly from the airport for a short relaxing trip. Peaceful beach with allocated loungers. Spacious rooms with large outdoor bathroom and good quality products.

Not the hotel’s fault, but since I visited in 2016 there are ugly high rise building opposite the island which weren’t there before. As a result, I didn’t use the pool or bar and stuck to the other side of the island where I felt it was more picturesque and I was on a secluded island. Being close to the airport, the island is a flight path but I knew these and the ease of location comes at a cost. Most aircrafts were seaplanes and didn’t bother me.

Everything was perfect. Thank you for an amazing experience in Maldives!!! We were so happy to stay there. Beautiful, cozy, relaxing and fresh flower-smelling island. Thanks to our guide in private tour Ahil, we enjoyed the trip around Maldives, swimming with sharks and dolphins!!

The only thing which annoyed after few days on the island was flights from Male, because it is located very close to the airport

Very clean room, very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Big space, outdoor bathroom, big and comfortable beds, cooling ac, great room service. Overall 10/10

Some bugs and lizards from outside coming in the room from under the doors. They should be more careful about that

Perfect for family with kids..they have kids club with activities..plus babysitter for kid under age 3 years old..besides they have water playground.. Friendly staff..nice beach..clean villa The island close to the airport just 5-7 min by speedboat.

Location, 10 min from the main island, Male airport. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. very spacious toilets, with all the essentials available. Breakfast is wonderful. Good kid’s area play ground. Plus verity of restaurants but unfortunately they only open for dinner. Overall was an enjoyable stay and will definitely come again.

Mosquitoes are everywhere. When we were there the island hosted some kind of police meeting or conference, so it was busy every morning with security guards which it’s the last thing i want to see on my vacation. Not much restaurants open at lunch time, very limited options.

I've been to Maldives about 10 or so times and out of those 10 times, probably 6 have been back to Kurumba. These guys have been doing this for a long time (first Maldives island resort to open) and their experience really shows. The service is simply outstanding. Each time we travel to Maldives, we look at the possibility of trying other resorts but in all honesty, choosing Kurumba represents no risk for me - as I know that I will always receive high quality service, exceptional food, good evening entertainment. Well done, Kurumba team!
