Great value hotel located near the city centre. Everything in my room was clean and worked which made my stay comfortable - Wi-Fi, air conditioner, television & hot/cold shower with good water pressure. There was no interruption to electricity during my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Security was great. The free airport shuttle bus service to and from the hotel was excellent as was the included breakfast. There is a pool (with a small garden) if you’d like to cool off but I didn’t use it. I did enjoy chilling on the outdoor seating near the pool though

It was conveniently situated near many attractions and business centers, making it easy for me to get around and explore the city. Additionally, the hotel provided a shuttle service that was both reliable and convenient. The staff at Hotel Dunia truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. They were always ready to assist with any request or inquiry, making me feel well taken care of during my entire stay. I also appreciated the hotel's attention to safety and hygiene, especially during these uncertain times. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Dunia to anyone visiting Bamako, Mali. Excellent costumer service and very helpful crew. Great security. It was a great location for all the things I needed to purchase in the central market which is literally 5 minutes walk. Overall, I am very pleased with this place.

Had some noisy conversations in corridors, not nice in a hotel, some want the peace and quiet. Also had few moskitos flapping around the corridor and as soon as you open your door in they get…this should be corrected…

Friendly staff problem of water in shower in my room was sorted immediately by moving into new room.
