The location is on a beautiful, small, and quiet street, yet close to everything a tourist might need. Parking can be a challenge in Malta, but on our street, we always found an empty spot, which made the whole experience much easier. The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast was rich, and they prepared eggs to our liking every day. A truly warm and heartfelt experience with the employees. We stayed on the second floor, and it was perfectly quiet, allowing us to sleep long and well, which is essential on a trip like this.

Fridays and Saturdays can be lively, as this area is well known for its nightlife. However, it was only occasional moments when we could hear the street activity. It was not disturbing at all, as the windows are well soundproofed and block out the light effectively.

Nicely decorated rooms. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but there's a little bit of everything. Staff at breakfast is very friendly and helpful. There is free parking in the street. We enjoyed with our kids there.

Noise. Constant noise. In the evening from the club/bar in the shopping center across the street which bounces right in that direction. The only positive thing about it is that they have a good selection of music (Italian hits and disco and ABBA nights...) so it wasn't that annoying. However, the noise that was very annoying was the one in the morning from the construction work that happens under the window. It would be good if the hotel would provide a notice or warn their guests in some way.

I've stayed there for 9 days. Location is perfect in the centre of all the action, although all St'Julian is one big construction site so it is noisy during the day, and it's also a party site so it's noisy during the night, but I had earplugs for sleeping so I could sleep with open windows, so I've easily eliminated that problem. On the other hand, the room was unexpectedly big and the bed was so comfortable that I would gladly take it home. Breakfast was splendid! Staff is excellent! Warm reccomendations for this place.

They should give a little bit more attention to the terrace and clean tables and ashtrays.

Windows do not open at all!! Too much humidity in the room

The room was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was very good for those who want to experience the nightlife of Paceville . The breakfast was also very good since you had a choice of what you wanted them to prepare for you.

The bathroom had a bathtub without a curtain or a bathtub door and as a result water was all over the place. Considering that the hotel is located very close to the nightlife, you could hear the music and noise from outside eapecially on Saturday night.

A nice hotel on a good location - close to nightlife and leisure activities, and a 30 minute bus ride away from the capital city where you can see most of the tourist attractions. The apartment is new and well equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there is a nice hotel breakfast!

The hotel is located on a busy part of the island, near clubs etc. so there's some noise during the evening and night (but not much). If that's something that bothers you, be mindful of that fact, but it wasn't a deal-breaker for me.

Central in St. Julian. Good Breakfast and large /modern room. Staff was also very friendly. Very good and central location.

A littlebit noisy (daytime because of construction, nighttime because of bars around the hotel, the construction sounds were more annoying). A wardrobe or hook for jacket in the would be nice.

We really loved everything! Ana the girl from the reception helped us a lot! And the guys working in the afternoon/evening were amazing! 🙏🏻 the hotel was clean, close to everything!

We only had one bad experience and it was about the breakfast, we needed to order the eggs in case we wanted to eat, however the eggs were not awful but almost 😬 so then we didn’t other anymore eggs and we just had something else instead.

very good location in the citycenter. even if is close to the busy streets full of nightlife, is located in a quiet street. very nice room, cleaning and change of towels every day. very good breakfast!

the only thing that is a minus is that close to the hotel is a building area and every morning by 8 a.m. when the construction started you cannot sleep because of the noise. for us that was not such a big problem because that hour was perfect to wake up and start the day.

Nice hotel in the heart of St Julian's. Position is excellent, as well as the staff, very kind and helpful, both at reception that at restaurant. Breakfast is satisfying, there are sweets and salted dishes, moreover they can prepare stuff for you. Room is large, bathroom is a bit small but well organized.

Just an odd thing: TV screen was on the wall perpendicular to the bed: this means that you cannot see the TV from bed. It would be enough just fix it with an extensible arm to resolve the issue.
