I have mixed feelings about my stay, which is unusual for me so listing as bullet points will make it clear and straightforward - [ ] The building and apartment are quite new, and mostly everything is up to standard. However, a few things were missing, which made it a bit uncomfortable. - [ ] The in-house staff/cleaners were quite helpful and friendly. - [ ] Self check-in was quite helpful, but I had to ask for the necessary information as they didn't send it until I messaged them on the day, this should be shared as soon as money taken/ booking confirmed or at least a day before - [ ] The other staff management was communicative over the messaging service. However, I had to message them quite a few times to ask for missing items and to fix an Internet issue that was never resolved. - [ ] The Internet connection was quite good; however, it wasn't stable enough, so I had to use my mobile data for ease of use. - [ ] There is ongoing road construction in front of the building, which creates a lot of noise early in the morning around 7/8 AM. However, as an early bird, it wasn't a big issue. Obviously, this is something that the owner can't do anything about. - [ ] As a suggestion, it would be helpful to have a checklist to ensure that all items are present so that no further queries or requests are needed, which could take a couple of days to resolve (e.g., kettle, detergent).

- Spacious, modern apartment - The apartment was very clean - Great balcony area that got a lot of sun with a table and chairs - Sheets, towels, toilet paper and bins were changed every 3-4 days. We had read some reviews about there being no hairdryer/shower gel/washing up liquid/sponge but we had all of these. - Kitchen had a food range of utensils with everything we needed - Fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, air conditioning, smart tvs in living room and bedroom and a safe (although no instructions on how to use this) - Good location: 10/15 min walk to Sliema and easy bus/ferry to Valletta - Use of jacuzzi on rooftop terrace - Two bathrooms - Good wifi when working - Could hear the cathedral bells throughout the week which was nice - We were messaged the check in details about an hour before check in and it was very easy to get in. The key is kept in a lock box outside the apartment which means no chance of losing it!

- The street outside is dug up and there was a lot of dust because of this. There was some construction noise but it didn't affect us too much. I think being on the top floor helped with that maybe. - It would have been nice to have sun loungers on the roof terrace as the tiles get very hot and there's nowhere to sit. The tiles are also quite dirty so towels got dirty when using those. - The luggage storage was just a room on the 1st floor that anyone could access. There was no staff around so we were a bit wary leaving our bags but they were fine. - The WiFi stopped working on our 3rd last day. After messaging and receiving a phone call very quickly, I was hopeful but it was never resolved.

+Suite was overall nice and comfortable for 2 people. +In a great location- close to shops, restaurants, plenty of public transport stops and ferry port. +separate air conditioning in the bedroom and a separate one in the kitchen-dining room. +Very responsive reception staff Overal we were rather satisfied

The suite had some defects- plaster falling off the walls in the corridor, peeling wallpaper in the bedroom,, very noisy creaking bed, small wardrobe (not enough hangers). A washing machine was listed in the description of the suite, but in reality there was none. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and on the terrace, and after the first time we informed the reception and someone came to spray the suite with repellent, but unfortunately it was not very effective, because the next night we found a cockroach in the suite again...

Great location close to everything important. There is no noise, so you can sleep well. Good and clean apartment. Good air conditioning. Easy to check in, you receive a message on your mobile phone half an hour before check-in, very clear and detailed explanation of how to check in and enter the apartment.

We ran out of hot water, because the water heater was turned off and we didn't know where to turn it on, but the staff quickly and efficiently solved that problem. while we were gone they solved the problem and even provided us with new bed linen and clean towels.

The apartment was very nice, clean and good furnished. The location was perfect.

It will be good to have at least 2 capsules coffee like a compliment for guests.

Because I was flying in and my phone was running low on power I couldn't pick up the follow up message that gave all the info on how to get to the apartment. Consequently I went to an address on the first notice and it was not the address I phoned the number to be told i would have to pick up the 2nd message and the person on the phone could not me the instructions I would have to go to a restaurant and get wifi there rather than just give me the information , I eventually got the second message and all was OK it was just a waste of a couple of hours.

Everything is new, you got the whole apartment for yourself and everything you might need, kitchen supplies, towels, comfy bed. We didn't know what to expect of a location but it turns out that was good. You are between Valletta and St. Julians, so everithing is close. You are in quiet erea and 5 min walk to Sliema where everything is busy.

Just little things, not enough space for our stuff in the bathroom, not much sunlight, etc. But we were mostly out trough all day.

The equipment and furnishment of the apartment was modern and up to date. The self check-in was easy and very well organized. The answering attitude of the online support was always very fast and the maintenance support was friendly and professional. I can recommend to book Marina Suites. In addition, the location of the apartment is close to the beach and to the seafront promenade.

Everything was good. No negative feedback necessary.

Location is perfect, just near the waterfront and in the nicest neighbourhood of the area. Rooms are quite new, very comfortable bed, kitchen basically but enough well equipped. Small but functional toilet . Cleaning service twice a week was generally good.

I stayed a month in the smallest rooms. The size is actually very reasonable, but because the window opens to a small courtyard, as written is the description, there isn’t that much natural light. As I was out all day it was not that unpleasant, but if you want to work from your room, then you should choose one with balcony.

First of all the apartment was clean and tidy. The bathroom was very clean and looked brand new. The apartment was easy to find and we had no problem with the check in. We had one minor problem with the electricity but they fixed it immediately. Overall it was a pleasant experience and if we ever decide to go back to Malta we are going to book the same apartment!!
