Overall everything was nearly perfect. We arrived early and the staff was very helpful in checking our bags until our rooms were ready. The location is wonderfully central to everything in Valletta. Just note that cars can't get within two blocks of the hotel. The hotel has a breathtaking rooftop restaurant and pool that offers a top notch breakfast service and a great menu for lunch and dinner. Prosecco was available at check in and throughout the day. Very clean and well appointed rooms with great attention to modern design details. I doubt one could find a better place to stay in Malta.

Not the hotel's fault, but the center of Valletta can be very loud at night, and the street noise is audible even through the windows.

I was so happy to stay in this hotel! Will start from beginning, the location is great, right in the heart of Valletta. The rooms are new, clean, spacious, and stylish. They do have the most beautiful terrace in Valleta where you can have a bite or drink, or even have a lunch (2 courses 20euro). Very affordable for such a beautiful view on St. Paul's cathedral. They also have a small pool on the terrace that it's heated. But we didn't use it because of the weather, unfortunately. The other bonus to that hotel is that they have cinema in it and it is so cozy. They show the latest movies and it is cost only 9 euro. I watched the movie by myself ....literally their was no one in the cinema, felt like VIP guest, it was incredible :D Also, I want to say a BIG Thanks to the girls on the reception, Chiara and Liani! They made our stay amazing. Always helpful and funny, will help you with any questions....we didn't want to leave.

I think there is nothing negative to say, everything was great. Maybe I would add more variety to breakfast but maybe it is just me. In general, it was good! but I would add salmon and more cheese)

WoW! Wonderful experience from start to finish. Great hotel in the centre of Valleta, you're 5 min away from everything. Our room was beautiful, great size, clean and spacious bathroom, nice balcony that looks to the street. The bed was very comfortable, and everything looked clean and fresh. It was wonderful to wake up every day and go to the terrace for breakfast; enjoy great food and the view of Valleta rooftops. Had really nice cocktails few nights on the rooftop. The staff was amazing, can't say enough good words about them! Overall, highly recommended!

nothing it’s amazing. but I would say be aware taxis struggle to find it so call ahead to the hotel and ask them where you should request the taxi bring you too. there is no parking directly outside the hotel but they would be happy to come down and pick up your luggage from the road, and it’s a 1 minute walk if that

We initially chose this hotel just for the location, upon arrival, our little expectations were exceeded. It is a modern design hotel, very clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious and quiet, facing the courtyard. This hotel for me looks better in reality than in the website. The staff were all warm and friendly yet professional and efficient. Thank you to Eliza, Yilmaz, Lena, Hassan and everyone else for making our short stay extremely pleasant. On short notice, they were able to arrange a private tour for us to see Valleta, Mdina and the 3 cities in 1 day. The pastry chef Sabina obliged us with a q&a on croissants. They found us local fare fried fenek etc. Excellent service. So glad we stayed here! Highly recommended!

Hotel room was very clean and had plenty space. Bed was comfy and there was a good amount of storage for clothes etc. it was cleaned to a high standard. On arrival we received a glass of Prosecco which was a lovely touch. The rooftop pool was perfect, but not enough sun beds. Cocktails were lovely!

The smell in the lobby was SO overpowering I could actually taste it. I had to hold my breath everytime we passed through as it was head ache inducing. There is really no need for such a strong smelling air freshener. It didn't bother us much, but there is live music outside at a bar til around 1:30am some nights which could be heard from our room.

Loved loved loved our stay at The Embassy. The best thing was the roof top space and view, it was to die for. The staff were exceptional in equal measure. I made sure to check names, so I could let the hotel know, namely: Chiara, Raz, Rajnu, Marsid, Mario, were outstanding, kind and made us feel so welcome; though everyone was amazing (I just wasn't able to see everyones name). The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, too many options for me to enjoy everything. I would recommend and definitely stay here again.

I booked last minute and only had the choice of the suite or small double. The room was spacious but didn't have as much natural light as I would have liked. I took a peak at a double and would go for this room next time.

The front desk staffs were exceptional and accommodating, very warmful. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom amenities were all from L'OCCITANE. The location was perfect, and the view from the rooftop was amazing. It's worth living here for 5 days. Although a bit unsatisfied with the air conditioner problem, the staff kept timely and friendly communication to try to solve this issue. Finally, they found the cause (setting system problem) in the morning on the day we left, and they compensate us with a free drop-off service.
