The staff was incredible, every one of them who we interacted with made the experience so much better and easier. We loved the view. We loved that the property had been recently renovated. We loved the pool, which was very clean and well kept. The full kitchen was perfect for us, stocked with everything we would need. As written in other reviews, this place is a "jumping off" point for any activities you wish to do. The hotel is located basically in a residential area. Unless you are not interested in doing anything but going to the pool, you will most definitely need a car.

There really is not enough storage in the room for clothes and belongings, especially for a stay that is a week or more. The outside balcony is nice, but a portable fan would have done wonders because it really gets hot out there.

A beautiful spot atop a hill overlooking Fort-de-France Bay, with a lovely pool area and beautiful landscaping. Our room had a comfortable bed and a kitchen. The shower was fantastic. The staff could not have been friendlier. The room also had a sofa that appeared to have a trundle for 2 additional guests. The room was great for 2; not sure how well it would work for 4 guests. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary tools, milk, coffee, and juice.

L’Anse de l’Ane is a nice little beach area, but the restaurant choice is limited. You’ll want to plan to make/order some of your meals, especially on Sundays. Also, I walk a lot, and I don’t think I would want to walk that hill from the property down to the beach, knowing I would need to walk back. The literature said there is a “Navette,” but I never saw it. Bring walking shoes! Also, call me a crazy American, and it certainly wasn’t cold, but I would have liked a blanket for the bed.

Our accommodations were comfortable but not lavish--totally met our needs and expectations. A wonderful elevated view of Anse a l'Ane, a relatively quiet cove in the Trois Ilets region. Tourists seeking more energy and night life might choose another area. Stove, refrigerator, microwave. A nice, clean outdoor pool. Friendly staff. Maid service freshening up the room every other day.

The elevated view comes at a price--a short (quarter-mile) walk up a very steep hill. We're relatively fit seniors, so it was not a major issue for us--but would be for anyone with fitness or mobility issues. In that case, simply drive. We would have liked a floor lamp near the sofa, but not a big issue.

The only thing we had an issue with was the ventilation in the bathroom. It would have been better if there was a good fan installed.

Beautiful views, nice accommodation, comfortable, very nice and helpful staff.

The path to our room was difficult to use with suitcases (uneven stones) and not very well lit at night. Weather is very humid, impossible to dry clothes (a clothes dryer on site would be a welcome bonus!). Mosquito netting on the terrace doors and kitchen window would also be a great addition. The air con was in a strange part of the room, it would be better in the sitting room area instead of the corner where it was, but it was great to have it at all....

Great apartment, very clean with a well equipped kitchen so we could cook. Free breakfast on the first morning was yummy French pastries and bread. Loved the view out over the bay and the fact that they offer bag storage and a shower is available to use after you have checked out of your room.

Up a very steep but short hill - but it did give you exercise and a fantastic view!

Beautiful and comfortable room, feels more like a studio. The kitchen is helpful when you're staying for a while and have a baby and has everything you need. The view is amazing! The pictures truly don't do it justice. What a beautiful hotel! The pool was lovely, refreshing and most days felt private, it has a secure gate so kids don't get in. Special thanks to Emmanuel and Charlotte, who did everything to make our stay comfortable. They are a gem to this place, very welcoming, friendly and professional. Next time I'm in Martinique I have no questions of where to stay.

Wished cleaning was more thorough, but any issues were resolved promptly. The hotel is on a hill. This is definitely not a downside because how else would you get such a beautiful view? Just mentioning as it can be difficult to walk up with a stroller, but we had a car, so didn't struggle at all.

Very adequate property consisting of a studio apartment of very good quality. Large comfortable firm bed. Good aircon. Good view. Kitchenette had everything you need. Some have better views than others and some are more private than others. None are noisy. Discuss your needs with the staff when you book.

My early emails went to spam(?) and were lost without trace. Selfdrive car rental should be really encouraged as the property is on a steep hill. The restaurants in the close vicinity do not always open for dinner, just lunch. You really need a car for the best restaurants elsewhere on the island

Fantastic location, amazing and clean area, very kind staff. Comfortable bed and you can use ur own kitchen in case u dont need to spend each night in the restaurant. Fascinating view on the sea, beach and the green hill. No problem with car parking at all all the tine. I really recommend that place to stay.

We usually book purely private appartments but this one feels exactly like it with even more comfort. Well located to visit the majority of the island and close to nice local beaches without mass tourism (except Anse Dufour). Exceptional staff, super friendly, helpful, nice to talk to, very welcoming. Nice appartments with equipped kitchen and small terrace, super clean and functional with taste. Good appartment space for families of 2 to 4 people, possibility of joint flats. Daily bread service if wanted which is comfy. Good location overlooking part of the bay and the main beach. Steep walk from the beach to the flat. Beach has numerous snacks/restaurants, water activities such as diving, snorkeling, jet ski but not crowded overall, nice and relaxed atmosphere. Nice and big enough pool to swim and enjoy. We also loved the possibility to reserve a 'salon de départ", shower and toilet facility to use for free after beach time before you hop on your plane back home

Nothing we did not like but a suggestion to add some more atmospheric light to the pool in the evening even if it closes at 8pm
