The hotel is nice. Great rooms, Comfortable. The staff is super nice. I was upgraded my last night to a bigger and much nicer room. It was superb! The hotel is Very Quiet. Loved it! I recommend! Supermarket nearby.

Pillows are a bit too high and hard. First night, I arrived at 1:30AM and the room was at 33 degrees celsius. It took 5 hours to cool off to a reasonable temperature. When I returned for another night, the room was cool. No elevator. Tough with a lot of luggage, but the hotel's staff helped so that was great! The first fridge didn't work but the staff replaced ed it. All good!

Great value for money. Centrally located, small sized hotel. Room are spacious and comfortable. Bed is very spacious and comfortable and rooms are quiet. A coffee machine is available in the room with complementary chocolate, coffee and bottled water. A supermarket is just across the street and most of interesting places are within walking distance or not far to reach by taxi. I will definitely come back.

A gym or swimming pool would have been a plus. Maybe some of the common spaces and rooms could be slightly more bright, but this doesn't bother at all business travelers.

Very comfortable, large, clean room with kettle and coffee machine. No noise from other rooms, close to large mosque so you will hear the call to prayer. Decent, and plentiful, breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful (though a little French or Arabic will certainly help you as while most staff did, some didn't speak English). Centrally located in a good area - supermarket just across the road and restaurants very close. Free airport transfer in both directions (very welcome as the airport I 30km or so from the city), driver was waiting with a name board at arrivals when I landed. Will definitely stay again as and when I return.

No gym - a treadmill would have been great as the streets, and weather, aren't ideal for running!

Breakfast was excellent - similar each day but very high quality and excellent service. Room was big, clean and comfortable - the hotel wasn't that busy at the time but there was no internal noise. Dinner choice excellent with a great range of non-alcoholic drinks. Service a little slow at times at dinner but very pleasant dining area. Large TV in lounge next to dining area - very relaxed and comfortable for live football.

Nothing really, the hotel was safe, clean with really nice staff. View not great but it's on a street so can't be helped. Mini market next door which was useful!

The food was really good.

You couldn't pay with the card at the hotel, and the free shuttle service didn't pick me up at the airport as agreed. I landed in Nouakchott, and I had to call the hotel to find out that the shuttle wasn't working. I had to pay myself a local taxi drivers.wjicj it cost me about 30 euros to reach the hotel. The water in the shower wasn't hit but just slightly warm during the all stay.

Conveniently located hotel, with good facilities. The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were courteous and helpful. I was given a taxi to the airport on the final day at no extra cost. Bedroom was spacious, with good bed, table for work and chair and sofa. It was easy to relax. Air conditioning worked well. I would recommend others travelling for business in Nouakchott to stay here.

Internet connection was fragile, but I think that this is a country rather than a hotel problem. The Wifi signal was strong, but some times of day were very difficult to get access. I had a ground floor with courtyard view, which was not great, but compared to other advantages, a small deficit.

Well appointed comfortable large rooms, pleasant design, transport from/to airport well organised, quite location in the central location

Unfortunately no possibility to sit outside, shower has to run for a long time until warm (hot) water comes - serious waste of water, credit cards no longer accepted (earlier at least Visa was accepted), shortage of working power sockets near the writing desk

Nice, spacious room.

Ignorant staff. They sent us to another hotel, saying they do not have our booking, and there is another hotel with the same name. The other hotel had different name, and we had the booking with them. But we had to drive extra few kilometers going to the other hotel, then back here...

- absolutely reliable transfer from and to the Airport - staff spoke excellent English, quick check-in, was shown several rooms and could choose - big room, cool air-conditioning, great shower, excellent WiFi - hotel has a very good location, supermarket and restaurants very close

- VISA payment was not possible, you had to pay cash - restaurant not open, only room service, one burger around 50 euros, breakfast 100 euros - but it is easy to eat outside the hotel

Comfortable and spacious rooms, very helpful to have coffee machines and work spaces in the rooms, great food and helpful staff. Also handy to have a cash machine in the hotel and a small shop across the road. Centrally located if you have meetings in town.

Internet is a bit erratic in parts of the hotel, despite their efforts to have multiple networks. May be challenges with paying by credit card so need to be prepared to pay with cash.
